Zeszyt tematyczny do historii Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zeszyt tematyczny do historii, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako element wyposazenia ucznia. Zeszyt, zgodnie ze wzorem moze byc tez przydatny dla studentów oraz w wielu innych okolicznosciach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Zeszyt tematyczny do historii moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z papieru, z kartonu oraz tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.1 - przedstawia zeszyt tematyczny do historii w widoku ogólnym od frontu, fig.2 - ilustruje okladke zeszytu od spodu, natomiast fig.3 - pokazuje zeszyt w stanie rozlozonym z widocznymi wewnetrznymi kartkami i ich krawedziami.Ilustracja fig.4 przedstawia wnetrze zeszytu w postaci rozlozonej w widoku z góry. Natomiast fig.5 to ilustracja zbiorcza. - 2 - CECHY ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, nalezy zaliczyc, ze okladka zeszytu tematycznego do historii jest wyposazona w wypukly od frontu rysunek, zawierajacy symulacje odcisnietej pieczeci (Fig.1) . W miejscach wypuklych od frontu, od spodu sa wkleslosci (Fig.2). Na wewnetrznych kartkach (Fig.4) znajduje sie powierzchnia wypelniona drobna siatka kratek sluzaca jako linie pomocnicze do pisania i wykonywania notatek, która na górnej i dolnej krawedzi zeszytu rozpoczyna sie korzystnie w srodku pola kratek i powierzchnia ta oddzielona jest od dluzszych zewnetrznych krawedzi kartek grubsza linia 1. Na powstalych w ten sposób wzdluz obu dluzszych zewnetrznych krawedzi 2 rozlozonego zeszytu obszarach 3 znajduje sie korzystnie umieszczony zwarty blokowo tekst 4 z podkreslonym pierwszym wersem kazdego wielolinijkowego bloku napisany czcionka MYRIAD PRO rodzaj czcionki Kondensed wielkosc 9,5 pkt. According to the design, the notebook can also be useful for students and in many other circumstances. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The thematic history notebook can be manufactured industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, or plastics. The industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the thematic history notebook in a general view from the front, Fig. 2 illustrates the notebook's cover from the bottom, and Fig. 3 shows the notebook unfolded with the inner pages and their edges visible. Fig. 4 shows the notebook's interior unfolded from a top view. Fig. 5 is a collective illustration. - 2 - ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF AN INDUSTRIAL DESIGN Among the essential features of an industrial design are the fact that the cover of the thematic history issue is equipped with a convex drawing on the front, containing a simulation of an impressed seal (Fig. 1). In the convex places on the front, there are concavities on the underside (Fig. 2). The inner pages (Fig. 4) have a surface filled with a fine grid of grids serving as auxiliary lines for writing and taking notes, which on the upper and lower edges of the notebook preferably starts in the middle of the grid area and this surface is separated from the longer outer edges of the pages by a thicker line 1. On the areas 3 thus created along both longer outer edges 2 of the unfolded notebook there is advantageously placed compact block text 4 with the underlined first line of each multi-line block, written in MYRIAD PRO font, Kondensed font, size 9.5 pt. The inner pages are white and the fine grid and block text in the areas along the edges are dark blue (color according to the Pantone 285U scale).
