- 1 - DELTA GRAPHIX Marian Dreszer Tarnów, POLSKA Zeszyt tematyczny do jezyka angielskiego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zeszyt tematyczny do jezyka angielskiego, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako element wyposazenia ucznia. Zeszyt, zgodnie ze wzorem moze byc tez przydatny dla studentów oraz w wielu innych okolicznosciach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Zeszyt tematyczny do jezyka angielskiego moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z papieru, z kartonu oraz tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.1 - przedstawia zeszyt tematyczny do jezyka angielskiego w widoku ogólnym od frontu, fig.2 - ilustruje okladke zeszytu od spodu, fig.3- pokazuje zeszyt w stanie rozlozonym z widocznymi wewnetrznymi kartkami i ich krawedziami.- 2 - Ilustracja fig.4 przedstawia wnetrze zeszytu w postaci rozlozonej w widoku z góry. Natomiast fig.5 to ilustracja zbiorcza. CECHY ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, nalezy zaliczyc, ze okladka zeszytu tematycznego do jezyka angielskiego jest wyposazona korzystnie w wypukly od frontu rysunek, zawierajacy symulacje odcisnietej pieczeci (Fig.1) . W miejscach wypuklych od frontu, od spodu sa wkleslosci (Fig.2). Na wewnetrznych kartkach (Fig.4) znajduje sie powierzchnia wypelniona drobna siatka kratek sluzaca jak o linie pomocnicze do pisania i wykonywania notatek, która na górnej i dolnej krawedzi zeszytu rozpoczyna sie korzystnie w srodku pola kratek i powierzchnia ta oddzielona jest od dluzszych zewnetrznych krawedzi kartek grubsza linia 1. Na powstalym w ten sposób wzdluz dluzszej prawej krawedzi 2 rozlozonego zeszytu obszarze 3_kazdej kartki wewnetrznej zeszytu znajduje sie alfabetycznie poukladany blokowo pisany tekst 4 z wytluszczonymi pierwszymi duzymi literami alfabetu 5, calosc tekstu napisana jest czcionka MINION PRO o wielkosci czcionki 8 pkt. natomiast na powstalym w ten sposób wzdluz dluzszej lewej krawedzi 6_rozlozonego zeszytu obszarze 7 znajduje sie miejsce z osiemnastoma pomocniczymi przerywanymi poziomymi limami 8 do indywidualnego uzupelnienia wlasnymi slówkami. The subject of the industrial design is a thematic English notebook, intended for use as a student's equipment. The notebook, according to the design, can also be useful for students and in many other circumstances. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. Thematic English notebooks can be manufactured industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, or plastic. The industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the English language thematic notebook in a general view from the front, Fig. 2 illustrates the notebook's cover from the bottom, and Fig. 3 shows the notebook unfolded with visible inner pages and their edges. Fig. 4 shows the notebook's interior unfolded from a top view. Fig. 5 is a collective illustration. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN Among the essential features of the industrial design are that the cover of the English language thematic notebook is preferably equipped with a convex design on the front, containing a simulated stamp (Fig. 1). In the convex areas on the front, there are concavities on the bottom (Fig. 2). On the inner pages (Fig. 4) there is a surface filled with a fine grid of squares serving as auxiliary lines for writing and taking notes, which on the upper and lower edges of the notebook starts preferably in the middle of the grid area and this surface is separated from the longer outer edges of the pages by a thicker line 1. In the area 3 thus created along the longer right edge 2 of the unfolded notebook, there is an alphabetically arranged block-written text 4 with the first capital letters of the alphabet in bold 5, the entire text is written in the MINION PRO font with a font size of 8 points. In the area 7 thus created along the longer left edge of the unfolded notebook, there is a space with eighteen auxiliary dashed horizontal lines 8 for individual additions with your own words.
