Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest piórnik, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do umieszczania w nim przyborów szkolnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - piórnika, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie/budowie. Piórnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego - wykonany moze byc z róznych materialów, zwlaszcza z tektury - posiada charakterystyczny ksztalt z widocznym laczeniem elementów oraz gumkami umozliwiajacymi jego zamkniecie. Na piórniku mozna umieszczac róznorodne grafiki lub napisy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku - Fig. 1, na którym przedstawiono wzór piórnika w stanie zlozonym, zamknietym. Na Fig. 2 - przedstawiono wzór piórnika w widoku rozlozonym, gdzie widoczne jest zarówno umocowanie gumek sluzacych do zamykania, jak i sposób laczenia podstawy piórnika. Na Fig. 3 - przedstawiono piórnik w widoku z góry, na Fig. 4 - piórnik w widoku z frontu, Fig. 5 - piórnik w widoku z tylu, gdzie widoczne sa równiez laczenia, Fig. 6 przedstawia widok lewego boku, Fig. 7 - widok prawego boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: ksztalt piórnika - oparty na siatce zblizonej do prostokata podzielonego na piec glównych czesci tworzacych niejako jego obudowe, oraz osadzonego w niej elementu - odpowiadajacego pojemnikowi piórnika o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata ze scietymi naroznikami. Piórnik zamykany jest charakterystycznie na gumki, których umocowanie przedstawiono na rysunkach. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the pencil case, manifested in its shape/construction. The pencil case according to the industrial design – can be made of various materials, particularly cardboard – has a distinctive shape with visible joints and elastic bands enabling its closure. Various graphics or inscriptions can be placed on the case. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing – Fig. 1, which shows the pencil case design in a folded, closed state. Fig. 2 shows the pencil case design in an exploded view, showing both the attachment of the elastic bands used for closing and the method of connecting the case's base. Fig. 3 shows the pencil case from above, Fig. 4 shows the pencil case from the front, Fig. 5 shows the pencil case from the back, where the joints are also visible, Fig. 6 shows the left side view, Fig. 7 shows the right side view. Essential features of the industrial design: the shape of the pencil case - based on a grid resembling a rectangle divided into five main parts that form its housing, and an element embedded in it - corresponding to the pencil case's container, which has a shape resembling a rectangle with cut corners. The pencil case is closed characteristically with elastic bands, the attachment of which is shown in the drawings.
