Ornament firmowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ornament firmowy, przeznaczony do nanoszenia na wszelkich dowolnych materialach i wyrobach wytworzonych z tych materialów, w tym zwlaszcza do nanoszenia na papierze, tworzywach sztucznych, foliach, materialach wlókienniczych, drewnie i materialach drewnopochodnych oraz materialach metalowych, a takze przeznaczony do wykorzystywania w wizualnych srodkach reklamowych i promocyjnych. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the company ornament in which the capital letters TF are placed on a green background, made in a simple white font, behind which there is an adjacent number 1 in white, with a characteristic shape similar to an inverted lowercase letter 1, and in front of the letters TF there is a graphic element in the form of a yellow circle, to which, tangentially at its base, a green strip in the shape similar to a crescent adheres, and then another yellow strip, also in the shape of a crescent, while under these elements there is a white, yellow and white inscription TelForceOne, made together in simple letters, in which the letters T, F and O are capitalized; Fig. 2 - shows the company ornament, in which the capital letters TF are placed on a green background, written in a simple white font, behind which there is a graphic element in the form of a yellow circle, to which, tangentially at its base, a green strip in the shape of a crescent adjoins, and then another yellow strip, also in the shape of a crescent, while under these elements there is a white-yellow-white inscription TelForceOne, written together in simple letters, in which the letters T, F and O are capitalized. The industrial design includes the following varieties of the corporate ornament: 1 - corporate ornament in which the capital letters TF are placed on a green background, in a simple white font, behind which there is an adjacent number 1 in white, with a characteristic shape similar to an inverted lowercase letter I, and in front of the letters TF there is a graphic element in the form of a yellow circle, to which, tangentially at its base, there is an adjacent green strip in the shape similar to a crescent, and then another yellow strip, also in the shape of a crescent, and under these elements there is a white - yellow - white inscription TelForceOne, written together in simple letters, in which the letters T, F and O are capital; 2 - corporate ornament in which the capital letters TF are placed on a green background, in a simple white font, behind which there is a graphic element in the form of a yellow circle, to which, at its base, there is a green stripe in the shape of a crescent and then another yellow stripe, also in the shape of a crescent, while under these elements there is a white-yellow-white inscription TelForceOne, made together in simple letters, in which the letters T, F and O are capitalized. The essential features of the company ornament according to the industrial design are that the ornament consists of verbal and graphic elements, i.e. the capital letters TF, made in a simple white font, behind which there is an adjacent white number 1, with a characteristic shape similar to an inverted lowercase letter 1, or directly behind the capital letters TF there is a graphic element in the form of a yellow circle, to which, tangentially at its base, a green strip in the shape similar to a crescent adjoins, and then another yellow strip, also in the shape of a crescent, or this graphic element is placed before the capital letters TF with the number 1 adjacent to them, while under these elements there is a white, yellow and white inscription TelForceOne, made jointly in simple letters, in which the letters T, F and O are capital, the background of the ornament the company logo is green.Fig.1 Fig.2 PL
