Ornament firmowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ornament firmowy, przeznaczony do nanoszenia na wszelkich materialach i wyrobach z nich, zwlaszcza na papierze, w tym opakowaniach wyrobów, tworzywach sztucznych, foliach, materialach wlókienniczych, drewnie i materialach drewnopochodnych oraz materialach metalowych, a takze przeznaczony do wykorzystywania w wizualnych srodkach reklamowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym: fig. 1 - przedstawia ornament firmowy, w którym napis „polmarkus" wykonany jest malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze brazowym oraz umieszczony jest na owalnym tle w kolorze zóltym, obwiedzionym linia w kolorze brazowym, zakonczona nad napisem „polmarkus", w górnej czesci owalu, fantazyjnym wizerunkiem w ksztalcie klosa zboza, dla którego tlo jest zólte; fig. 2 - przedstawia ornament firmowy, w którym napis „polmarkus" wykonany jest malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze brazowym orazumieszczony jest na owalnym tle w kolorze bialym, obwiedzionym linia w kolorze brazowym, zakonczona nad napisem „polmarkus", w górnej czesci owalu, fantazyjnym wizerunkiem w ksztalcie klosa zboza, dla którego tlo jest biale; fig. 3 - przedstawia ornament firmowy, w którym napis „polmarkus" wykonany jest malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze bialym oraz umieszczony jest na tle w kolorze brazowym, a napis „polmarkus", obwiedziony jest biala linia w ksztalcie owalu, zakonczona nad napisem „polmarkus", w górnej czesci owalu, fantazyjnym wizerunkiem w ksztalcie klosa zboza kolorze bialym; fig. 4 - ornament firmowy, w którym napis „polmarkus wykonany jest malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze czarnym, a napis „polmarkus" umieszczony jest na owalnym tle w kolorze bialym, obwiedzionym linia w kolorze czarnym, zakonczona nad napisem „polmarkus", w górnej czesci owalu, fantazyjnym wizerunkiem w ksztalcie klosa zboza, dla którego tlo jest biale; fig. 5 - ornament firmowy, w którym napis „polmarkus wykonany jest malym, prostymi literami w kolorze bialym oraz umieszczony jest na tle w kolorze czarnym, a napis „polmarkus", obwiedziony jest biala linia w ksztalcie owalu, zakonczona nad napisem „polmarkus", w górnej czesci owalu, fantazyjnym wizerunkiem w ksztalcie klosa zboza kolorze bialym.Wzór przemyslowy zawiera nastepujace odmiany ornamentu firmowego: 1 - ornament firmowy, w którym napis „polmarkus", stanowiacy slowny element ornamentu, wykonany jest malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze brazowym oraz umieszczony jest na owalnym tle w kolorze zóltym, obwiedzionym linia w kolorze brazowym, zakonczona nad napisem „polmarkus", w górnej czesci owalu, fantazyjnym wizerunkiem w ksztalcie klosa zboza, dla którego tlo jest zólte; 2 - ornament firmowy, w którym napis „polmarkus", stanowiacy slowny element ornamentu, wykonany jest malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze brazowym oraz umieszczony jest na owalnym tle w kolorze bialym, obwiedzionym linia w kolorze brazowym, zakonczona nad napisem „polmarkus", w górnej czesci owalu, fantazyjnym wizerunkiem w ksztalcie klosa zboza, dla którego tlo jest biale; 3 - ornament firmowy, w którym napis „polmarkus", stanowiacy slowny element ornamentu, wykonany jest malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze bialym oraz umieszczony jest na tle w kolorze brazowym, a napis „polmarkus", obwiedziony jest biala linia w ksztalcie owalu, zakonczona nad napisem „polmarkus", w górnej czesci owalu, fantazyjnym wizerunkiem w ksztalcie klosa zboza kolorze bialym; 4 - ornament firmowy, w którym napis „polmarkus", stanowiacy slowny element ornamentu, wykonany jest malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze czarnym, a napis „polmarkus" umieszczony jest na owalnym tle w kolorze bialym, obwiedzionym linia w kolorze czarnym, zakonczona nad napisem„polmarkus", w górnej czesci owalu, fantazyjnym wizerunkiem w ksztalcie klosa zboza, dla którego tlo jest biale; 5 - ornament firmowy, w którym napis „polmarkus", stanowiacy slowny element ornamentu, wykonany jest malym, prostymi literami w kolorze bialym oraz umieszczony jest na tle w kolorze czarnym, a napis „polmarkus", obwiedziony jest biala linia w ksztalcie owalu, zakonczona nad napisem „polmarkus", w górnej czesci owalu, fantazyjnym wizerunkiem w ksztalcie klosa zboza kolorze bialym. Cechy istotne ornamentu firmowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze napis „polmarkus", stanowiacy slowny element ornamentu, wykonany jest malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze brazowym, albo bialym albo czarnym oraz umieszczony jest na owalnym tle w kolorze zóltym, albo bialym, obwiedzionym linia w kolorze brazowym albo czarnym, albo umieszczony jest na tle w kolorze brazowym albo czarnym, a napis „polmarkus", obwiedziony jest w ksztalcie owalu biala linia, przy czym w ornamencie firmowym linia tworzaca owal, zakonczona jest nad napisem „polmarkus", w górnej czesci owalu, fantazyjnym wizerunkiem w ksztalcie klosa zboza, dla którego tlo jest zólte albo biale, albo wizerunek klosa zboza jest bialy.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 Fig.4 Fig.5 PL PLCorporate Ornament The subject of the industrial design is a corporate ornament intended to be applied to all materials and products made from them, especially paper, including product packaging, plastics, foils, textiles, wood and wood-based materials, and metal materials, as well as intended for use in visual advertising media. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 - shows a corporate ornament in which the inscription "polmarkus" is written in small, simple brown letters and is placed on a yellow oval background, outlined by a brown line, ending above the inscription "polmarkus", in the upper part of the oval, with a fanciful image in the shape of an ear of grain, for which the background is yellow; Fig. 2 - shows the company ornament in which the inscription "polmarkus" is made in small, simple brown letters and is placed on a white oval background, outlined with a brown line, ending above the inscription "polmarkus", in the upper part of the oval, with a fanciful image in the shape of an ear of grain, for which the background is white; Fig. 3 - shows the company ornament in which the inscription "polmarkus" is made in small, simple white letters and is placed on a brown background, and the inscription "polmarkus" is outlined with a white line in the shape of an oval, ending above the inscription "polmarkus", in the upper part of the oval, with a fanciful image in the shape of a white ear of grain; fig. 4 - company ornament, in which the inscription "polmarkus" is made in small, simple letters in black, and the inscription "polmarkus" is placed on an oval background in white, outlined with a black line, ending above the inscription "polmarkus", in the upper part of the oval, with a fanciful image in the shape of an ear of grain, for which the background is white; Fig. 5 - corporate ornament in which the inscription "polmarkus" is made in small, simple white letters and is placed on a black background, and the inscription "polmarkus" is outlined with a white line in the shape of an oval, ending above the inscription "polmarkus", in the upper part of the oval, with a fanciful image in the shape of an ear of grain in white. The industrial design includes the following varieties of the corporate ornament: 1 - corporate ornament in which the inscription "polmarkus", which is a verbal element of the ornament, is made in small, simple brown letters and is placed on a yellow oval background, outlined with a brown line, ending above the inscription "polmarkus", in the upper part of the oval with a fanciful image in the shape of an ear of grain, for which the background is yellow; 2 - corporate ornament in which the inscription "polmarkus", constituting a verbal element of the ornament, is written in small, simple brown letters and is placed on a white oval background, outlined with a brown line, ending above the inscription "polmarkus", in the upper part of the oval, with a fanciful image in the shape of an ear of grain, for which the background is white; 3 - corporate ornament in which the inscription "polmarkus", constituting a verbal element of the ornament, is written in small, simple white letters and is placed on a brown background, and the inscription "polmarkus" is outlined with a white line in the shape of an oval, ending above the inscription "polmarkus", in the upper part of the oval, with a fanciful image in the shape of a white ear of grain; 4 - corporate ornament in which the inscription "polmarkus", constituting a verbal element of the ornament, is written in small, simple black letters, and the inscription "polmarkus" is placed on a white oval background, outlined with a black line, ending above the inscription "polmarkus", in the upper part of the oval, with a fanciful image in the shape of an ear of grain, for which the background is white; 5 - corporate ornament in which the inscription "polmarkus", constituting a verbal element of the ornament, is written in small, simple white letters and is placed on a black background, and the inscription "polmarkus" is outlined with a white line in the shape of an oval, ending above the inscription "polmarkus", in the upper part of the oval, with a fanciful image in the shape of an ear of grain, for which the background is white. The essential features of the company ornament according to the industrial design are that the inscription "polmarkus", which is a verbal element of the ornament, is made in small, simple letters in brown, white or black and is placed on an oval background in yellow or white, outlined with a line in brown or black, or is placed on a background in brown or black, and the inscription "polmarkus" is outlined in an oval shape with a white line, while in the company ornament the line forming an oval ends above the inscription "polmarkus", in the upper part of the oval, with a fanciful image in the shape of an ear of grain, for which the background is yellow or white, or the image of an ear of grain is white.
