Ornament firmowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ornament firmowy, przeznaczony do nanoszenia na wszelkich materialach i wyrobach z nich, zwlaszcza na papierze, w tym opakowaniach wyrobów, tworzywach sztucznych, foliach, materialach wlókienniczych, drewnie i materialach drewnopochodnych oraz materialach metalowych, a takze przeznaczony do wykorzystywania w wizualnych srodkach reklamowych. Wzór przemyslowy zawiera nastepujace odmiany ornamentu firmowego: 1 - ornament firmowy, w którym elementy ornamentu w postaci napisu „cuprod", gwiazdek oraz litery „R" zawartej w okregu, wykonane sa w kolorze bialym oraz umieszczone sa na elementach czerwonego tla, z których kazdy obwiedziony jest bialym pasmem i linia czerwona; 2 - ornament firmowy, w którym elementy ornamentu w postaci napisu „cuprod", gwiazdek oraz litery „R" zawartej w okregu, wykonane sa w kolorze czerwonym oraz umieszczone sa na elementach bialego tla, z których kazdy obwiedziony jest czerwonym pasmem; 3 - ornament firmowy, w którym tlo ornamentu jest w kolorze niebieskim, a elementy ornamentu w postaci napisu „cuprod", gwiazdek, litery „R" zawartej w okregu, wykonane sa w kolorze bialym oraz umieszczone sa na elementach czerwonego tla, z których kazdy obwiedziony jest bialym pasmem.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, przestawiajacym: fig. 1 - ornament firmowy, w którym elementy ornamentu w postaci napisu „cuprod", gwiazdek oraz litery X zawartej w okregu, wykonane sa w kolorze bialym oraz umieszczone sa na elementach czerwonego tla, z których kazdy obwiedziony jest bialym pasmem i linia czerwona; fig. 2 - ornament firmowy, w którym elementy ornamentu w postaci napisu „cuprod", gwiazdek oraz litery JR" zawartej w okregu, wykonane sa w kolorze czerwonym oraz umieszczone sa na elementach bialego tla, z których kazdy obwiedziony jest czerwonym pasmem; fig. 3 - ornament firmowy, w którym tlo ornamentu jest w kolorze niebieskim, a elementy ornamentu w postaci napisu „cuprod", gwiazdek, litery „R" zawartej w okregu, wykonane sa w kolorze bialym oraz umieszczone sa na elementach czerwonego tla, z których kazdy obwiedziony jest bialym pasmem. Cechy istotne ornamentu firmowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze elementy ornamentu w postaci napisu „cuprod", wykonanego malymi pogrubionymi literami, gwiazdek obustronnie umieszczonych przy napisie „cuprod" oraz litery „R" zawartej w okregu, wykonane sa w kolorze bialym albo w kolorze czerwonym oraz umieszczone sa na elementach czerwonego albo bialego tla, z którychjeden ma ksztalt wydluzonego czworoboku o wyoblonych krótszych krawedziach, pod którym umieszczony jest okrag, przy czym kazdy z tych elementów tla obwiedziony jest bialym pasmem i linia czerwona, albo czerwonym pasmem albo bialym pasmem, natomiast w ornamencie firmowym wszystkie elementy ornamentu umieszczone moga byc takze na niebieskim tle.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLCorporate OrnamentThe subject of the industrial design is a corporate ornament intended for application to all materials and products made from them, particularly paper, including product packaging, plastics, foils, textiles, wood and wood-based materials, and metal materials, as well as for use in visual advertising media. The industrial design includes the following varieties of corporate ornament: 1 - corporate ornament, in which the ornament elements in the form of the inscription "cuprod", stars, and the letter "R" contained in a circle are made in white and placed on red background elements, each of which is outlined with a white band and a red line; 2 - corporate ornament, in which the ornament elements in the form of the inscription "cuprod", stars, and the letter "R" contained in a circle are made in red and placed on white background elements, each of which is outlined with a red band; 3 - corporate ornament, in which the background of the ornament is blue, and the ornament elements in the form of the inscription "cuprod", stars, the letter "R" contained in a circle, are made in white and are placed on elements of a red background, each of which is outlined with a white band. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, showing: Fig. 1 - corporate ornament, in which the ornament elements in the form of the inscription "cuprod", stars and the letter X contained in a circle, are made in white and are placed on elements of a red background, each of which is outlined with a white band and a red line; Fig. 2 - corporate ornament, in which the ornament elements in the form of the inscription "cuprod", stars and the letter "JR" contained in a circle are made in red and are placed on elements of a white background, each of which is outlined with a red band; Fig. 3 - corporate ornament, in which the background of the ornament is blue and the ornament elements in the form of the inscription "cuprod", stars and the letter "R" contained in a circle are made in white and are placed on elements of a red background, each of which is outlined with a white band. The essential features of the company ornament according to the industrial design are that the ornament elements in the form of the inscription "cuprod" written in small bold letters, stars placed on both sides next to the inscription "cuprod" and the letter "R" enclosed in a circle, are made in white or red and are placed on elements of a red or white background, one of which has the shape of an elongated quadrangle with rounded shorter edges, under which there is a circle, each of these background elements being bordered with a white stripe and a red line, or a red stripe or a white stripe, whereas in the company ornament all the ornament elements can also be placed on a blue background.
