Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest rozkladana koperta, przezna- czona do przenoszenia i przechowywania pamiatek jak zdjecia, pocztówki li- sty, notatki, reklamówki i inne nosniki informacji, stanowiaca oslone i ozdobe dla przedmiotów w niej przechowywanych. Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalna budowa i prosta postac koperty nie wymagajaca skomplikowanych zabiegów podczas uzytkowania i przechowy- wania, bez stosowania kleju dla sprawnego funkcjonowania z zawartoscia lub bez, majaca uniwersalny charakter stosowania, pozwalajaca na nadrukowywa- nie róznego rodzaju tresci od dydaktycznych przez informacyjne po reklamo- we. Koperta wedlug wzoru umozliwia ksztaltowanie dowolnej ilosc segmen- tów do zaginania, która moze byc ograniczona jedynie ze wzgledów praktycz- nych. Na kazdej powierzchni z segmentów zarówno zewnetrznej, jaki i we- wnetrznej moga byc zamieszczane rózne informacje, dowolne zdjecia, kompo- zycje graficzne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w trzech odmianach przedstawiono na zalaczonym schematycznym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono koperte w wersji podstawowej w widoku z góry, na fig.2 koperte w odmianie z dodatko- wa kieszenia, fig 3- koperte w odmianie dajacej mozliwosc ksztaltowania wie- lu kieszeni. Koperta we wszystkich odmianach wedlug wzoru ma postac prostokat- nej wstegi podzielonej za pomoca oznaczen pomocniczych - np. linii lub per- foracji - na prostokatne segmenty, zakonczonej na jednym z krótszych boków elementem w ksztalcie trójkata, przez co przyjela postac strzaly, przy czymna drugim prostokatnym segmencie liczac od wierzcholka strzaly znajduje sie naciecie pozwalajace na zamkniecie koperty, jak to pokazano na zalaczanym rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3. The essence of the design is its original construction and simple form, requiring no complicated handling or storage, without the use of glue for smooth operation with or without contents, and being universally applicable, allowing for printing on a variety of content, from educational to informational to advertising. The envelope, as designed, allows for the creation of any number of foldable segments, which may be limited only for practical reasons. Each surface of the segments, both external and internal, can be printed with various information, photos, and graphic compositions. The industrial design in three variations is shown in the attached schematic drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the basic envelope from above; Fig. 2 shows the envelope with an additional pocket; and Fig. 3 shows the envelope with the option of forming multiple pockets. The envelope in all variants according to the pattern has the form of a rectangular ribbon divided by means of auxiliary markings - e.g. lines or perforations - into rectangular segments, terminated on one of the shorter sides with an element in the shape of a triangle, thus taking the form of an arrow, while on the second rectangular segment, counting from the top of the arrow, there is a notch allowing the envelope to be closed, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3. The envelope according to the pattern in the basic version has the form of a rectangular ribbon divided by means of auxiliary markings - e.g. lines or perforations - into two rectangular segments, terminated on one of the shorter sides with a closing element in the shape of an isosceles triangle, thus taking the form of an arrow, while on the second rectangular segment, counting from the top of the arrow has a cut enabling the envelope to be closed, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1. The envelope in the second variant consists of three rectangular segments and a closing element in the shape of an isosceles triangle, with the middle segment having a cut facilitating closing, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2.
