Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest metka przeznaczona do umieszczania na wyrobach odziezowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac metki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, barwie i elementach zdobniczych, które nadaja je j oryginalny wyglad zmie- rzajacy do osiagniecia walorów estetycznych i reklamowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia metke w widoku z przodu w odmianie pierwszej, fig. 2 - metke w widoku z przodu w odmianie drugiej, fig. 3 - metke w widoku z przodu w odmianie trzeciej, fig. 4 - przedstawia metke w widoku z przodu w odmianie czwartej, fig. 5 - metke w widoku z przodu w odmianie piatej i fig. 6 - przedstawia metke w widoku z przodu w odmianie szóstej. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the label, manifesting itself in its shape, color, and decorative elements, which give it an original appearance aimed at achieving aesthetic and advertising values. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the label in the first front view, Fig. 2 shows the label in the second front view, Fig. 3 shows the label in the third front view, Fig. 4 shows the label in the fourth front view, Fig. 5 shows the label in the fifth front view, and Fig. 6 shows the label in the sixth front view. The essential features of the industrial design label are that it is a red rectangle with the word "cotton" written in white letters. The first variant has the shape of a red rectangle with the word "cotton" written in white letters and, below it, the word "your natural world" written in black, as illustrated in Fig. 1. The second variant has the shape of a red rectangle with the word "cotton" written in white letters and, before and after the last letter of the inscription, white flower petals, as illustrated in Fig. 2. The third variant has the shape of a red rectangle with the word "cotton" written in white letters and, before that, the word "ynw." white, and above the inscriptions there are three white flower petals, as illustrated in Fig. 3. In the fourth variant, the label has the shape of a red rectangle, on which the inscription "cotton" is written in white letters, and in front of it the inscription "ynw." in white, as illustrated in Fig. 4. In the fifth variant, the label has the shape of a red rectangle, on which the inscription "cotton" is written in white letters, and behind it the inscription "ynw." in white, as illustrated in Fig. 5.
