Szyld Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szyld przeznaczony jako element dekoracyjno reklamowy obiektów handlowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia szyld w widoku z przodu, Fig. 2 , Fig. 3 i Fig. 4 przedstawiaja odmiany wzoru przemyslowego. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego plyta czolowa zawiera lekko wypukle elementy graficzne w postaci stylizowanego kurczaka, który ma glowe skierowana w prawa strone zlaczone nogi, o wielobarwnym napisie „ O KURCZE !" z wglebieniem pod litera „E" w postaci poziomego paska jak pokazano na rysunku Fig. 2 W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego plyta czolowa zawiera lekko wypukle elementy graficzne w postaci stylizowanego kurczaka, który ma jedna noge usytuowana pionowo, a druga poziomo, o wielobarwnym napisie „ OKURCZE !" z wglebieniem pod litera „E" w postaci poziomego paska jak pokazano na rysunku Fig. 3. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the signboard from the front, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4 show variations of the industrial design. List of variations of the industrial design: a/ Fig. 2 – the first variation of the industrial design is shown in the drawing; b/ Fig. 3 – the second variation of the industrial design is shown in the drawing; c/ Fig. 4 – the third variation of the industrial design is shown in the drawing. A signboard according to the industrial design, in the form of a flat cuboid, has significant features in that the flat, rectangular red front panel contains slightly convex graphic elements in the form of a stylized chicken and a multi-colored inscription "O KURCZE!" with a recess under the letter "E" in the form of a horizontal stripe. In the first variant of the industrial design, the front panel contains slightly convex graphic elements in the form of a stylized chicken with its head turned to the right and legs joined together, with a multi-colored inscription "O KURCZE!" and a recess under the letter "E" in the form of a horizontal stripe as shown in Figure Fig. 2. In the second variant of the industrial design, the front panel contains slightly convex graphic elements in the form of a stylized chicken with one leg positioned vertically and the other horizontally, with a multi-colored inscription "OKURCZE!" and a recess under the letter "E" in the form of a horizontal stripe as shown in Figure Fig. 3. In the third variant of the industrial design, the front panel contains slightly convex graphic elements in the form of a stylized chicken with its legs positioned astride, with a multi-colored inscription "O KURCZE!" with a cutout under the letter "E" in the form of a horizontal strip as shown in Fig. 3.
