PL 24494 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest logo, przeznaczone do identyfikacji dzialalnosci przedsiebiorstwa przez umieszczanie tego oznaczenia w postaci nadruków naklejek i innych technik, na opakowaniach produktów chemii gospodarczej do czyszczenia i pielegnacji samochodów oraz w uzytku domowym, w tym do celów toalety osobistej, do mycia, czyszczenia, prania, nablyszczania, plukania, wybielania, odplamiania i odtluszczania, odkazania i dezynfekcji oraz do odswiezania powietrza – w postaci plynów past, proszków, aerozoli lub nasaczanych zapachowo zawieszek. Istota wzoru jest jego nowa postac przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie liter, kolorystyce, elementach graficznych oraz ich ukladzie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na fig. 1 w widoku ogólnym, który pokazuje napis „Eureka" umieszczony ukosnie w ksztaltowej ramce na tle w odcieniach koloru niebieskiego do granatu, z elementami gwiezdzistymi. Napis „Eureka" utworzony jest z liter 3D, a kazda ma rózne w intensywnosci odcienie koloru pomaranczowego. Ponadto jako element graficzny ma fantazyjna postac ze skrzydlami z zielonych listków w pozie wzlotu, który umieszczony jest przy krawedziach dolnego prawego naroza. Natomiast krawedz górna ramki tworza linie lukowe, odpowiadajace szerokosci poszczególnych liter lub ich czesci. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze logo stanowi slowo „Eureka" napisane literami 3D i umieszczone w ksztaltowej ramce oraz element graficzny z fantazyjna postacia ze skrzydlami z listków w pozie wzlotu. Ilustracja wzoru Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 24494 2 Description of the Industrial Design: The industrial design covers a logo intended to identify a company's business by placing this mark in the form of printed stickers and other techniques on the packaging of household chemicals for cleaning and car care and for home use, including those for personal hygiene, washing, cleaning, laundering, polishing, rinsing, bleaching, stain removal and degreasing, disinfecting and sanitizing, and air freshening – in the form of liquids, pastes, powders, aerosols, or scented hangers. Furthermore, this mark may be placed in catalogs, on boards, documents, promotional items and gifts, as well as in other forms of promotion and marketing of the offered products and services, including those conducted via the Internet. The essence of the design is its new form, manifested in the shape of the letters, colors, graphic elements, and their arrangement. The industrial design is shown in Fig. 1 in a general view, which shows the inscription "Eureka" placed diagonally in a shaped frame on a background in shades of blue to navy blue, with star-shaped elements. The inscription "Eureka" is made up of 3D letters, each with varying shades of orange. Furthermore, the graphic element includes a fanciful figure with wings made of green leaves in a rising position, which is placed at the edges of the lower right corner. The upper edge of the frame is formed by arc lines corresponding to the width of the individual letters or parts thereof. A significant feature of the industrial design is that the logo consists of the word "Eureka" written in 3D letters and placed in a shaped frame, and a graphic element with a fanciful figure with wings made of leaves in a rising position.
