Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest logo przeznaczone do wizualnej identyfikacji aplikacji CAFaaS. Aplikacja CAFaaS powstaje w wyniku realizacji prac badawczo-rozwojowych „Badania nad wykorzystaniem technologii Cloud Computing do samodzielnej certyfikacji wedlug metody CAF". Wzór przemyslowy bedzie stanowil czesc graficzna Layoutu (prezentacji i kompozycji graficznej strony in- ternetowej). Wykorzystany bedzie w formie elektronicznej oraz jako znak drukowany reprezentujacy aplikacje CAFaaS na dokumentach oraz na materialach promujacych produkt. Ilustracje wzoru przemyslowego stanowia figury oznaczone jako Fig. 1 i Fig. 2, które przedsta- wiaja dwie odmiany wzoru przemyslowego: Fig. 1 – logo w kolorze – odmiana I, Fig. 2 – logo mono- chromatyczne – odmiana II. Na Fig. 1 pokazano odmiane pierwsza wzoru przemyslowego – logo w kolorze aplikacji CAFaaS wykorzystywany w systemie komputerowym w postaci elektronicznej jako czesc graficzna Layoutu (prezentacji i kompozycji graficznej strony internetowej) i reprezentacji aplikacji w internecie oraz jako znak na dokumentach i materialach promujacych produkt. Na Fig. 2 pokazano odmiane druga wzoru przemyslowego – logo monochromatyczne (RGB 0,0,0) aplikacji CAFaaS do zastosowania na dokumentach i materialach promujacych produkt, w do- borze odpowiedniego tla i skali obrazu w celu zachowania jego czytelnosci. Cechy istotne pierwszej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego to umieszczone na przezroczystym tle znak graficzny oraz napis: a. znak graficzny – trzy romby, wypelnione kolejno kolorami: pierwszy u podstawy – kolor jasny niebieski (RGB 175,189,226), drugi srodkowy – kolor ciemny niebieski (RGB 114,146,203), trzeci – kolor jasny niebieski (taki sam jak kolor u podstawy) (RGB 114,146,203); romb srodkowy posiada wypelnienie jednolite z przezroczystoscia jedno- lita 100% i jest warstwa wierzchnia w stosunku do rombów pierwszego i trzeciego, gdzie jego srodek stanowi punkt styku tych rombów. Konfiguracja trzech rombów znaj- duje sie w lewym dolnym rogu chmurki w kolorze ciemnym niebieskim (RGB 73,124,190). Chmurka jest otwarta w miejscu rombów. b. napis – CAFaaS skrojony wg konturów czcionki Sansation Bold. Przy czym trzy pierw- sze litery CAF posiadaja kolor ciemno szary (RGB 75,75,75), trzy kolejne litery aaS posiadaja kolor niebieski (RGB 73,124,190). Napis przedstawiono w charakterystyczny sposób tj. trzy pierwsze litery wielkie, kolejne dwie male, ostatnia wielka. Cechy istotne drugiej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego to znak graficzny oraz napis: a. znak graficzny – trzy romby, wypelnione kolejno kolorami: pierwszy u podstawy – kolor szary (RGB 0,0,10), drugi srodkowy – kolor czarny (RGB 0,0,0), trzeci – kolor szary (taki sam jak kolor u podstawy) (RGB 0,0,10); romb srodkowy posiada wypelnienie jednolite z przezroczystoscia jednolita 10% i jest warstwa wierzchnia w stosunku do rombów pierwszego i trzeciego, gdzie jego srodek stanowi punkt styku tych rombów. Konfiguracja trzech rombów znajduje sie w lewym dolnym rogu chmurki w kolorze czarnym (RGB 0,0,0). Chmurka jest otwarta w miejscu rombów. b. napis – CAFaaS skrojony wg konturów czcionki Sansation Bold. Caly napis jest w kolo- rze ciemnym czarnym (RGB 0,0,0). The CAFaaS application is the result of research and development work "Research on the use of Cloud Computing technology for self-certification according to the CAF method". The industrial design will constitute the graphic part of the Layout (the presentation and graphic composition of the website). It will be used in electronic form and as a printed mark representing the CAFaaS application on documents and on materials promoting the product. The illustrations of the industrial design are figures marked as Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, which present two variants of the industrial design: Fig. 1 – color logo – variant I, Fig. 2 – monochrome logo – variant II. Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the industrial design – the CAFaaS application color logo used in a computer system in electronic form as a graphic part of the Layout (the presentation and graphic composition of a website) and the application's online representation, as well as a mark on documents and product promotional materials. Fig. 2 shows the second variant of the industrial design – the CAFaaS application monochrome logo (RGB 0,0,0) for use on documents and product promotional materials, with the appropriate background and image scale selected to maintain legibility. The essential features of the first variant of the industrial design are a graphic symbol and an inscription placed on a transparent background: a. graphic symbol – three rhombuses, filled with successive colors: the first at the base – light blue (RGB 175, 189, 226), the second in the middle – dark blue (RGB 114, 146, 203), the third – light blue (the same as the base color) (RGB 114, 146, 203); the middle rhombus has a uniform fill with 100% uniform transparency and is the top layer of the first and third rhombuses, with its center constituting the point of contact between them. The configuration of the three rhombuses is located in the lower left corner of the cloud in dark blue (RGB 73, 124, 190). The cloud is open where the rhombuses are. b. the inscription – CAFaaS, cut according to the outlines of the Sansation Bold font. The first three letters CAF are dark gray (RGB 75,75,75), the next three letters aaS are blue (RGB 73,124,190). The inscription is presented in a characteristic manner, i.e., the first three letters are uppercase, the next two lowercase, and the last uppercase. The essential features of the second variety of the industrial design are the graphic symbol and the inscription: a. graphic symbol – three rhombuses, filled with successive colors: the first at the base – gray (RGB 0,0,10), the second in the middle – black (RGB 0,0,0), the third – gray (the same as the base color) (RGB 0,0,10); the middle rhombus has a uniform fill with a uniform transparency of 10% and is the top layer in relation to the first and third rhombuses, where its center is the point of contact between these rhombuses.
