Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element dekoracyjny w postaci kalki, etykiety lub motywu dekoracyjnego umieszczany na powierzchniach zastaw stolowych, kubków, naczyn, pojemników, garnków, pokrywek i sztucców. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów graficznych tworzacych element dekoracyjny oraz w ich kolorystyce i stylizacji. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach przedstawiajacych odmiany wzoru, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia element dekoracyjny w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 2 przedstawia element dekoracyjny w drugiej odmianie, a fig. 3 przedstawia element dekoracyjny w trzeciej odmianie. The essence of an industrial design is a new, individually characterful form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the graphic elements constituting the decorative element, as well as in their color scheme and styling. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations presenting design variations, where Fig. 1 shows the decorative element in its first variation, Fig. 2 shows the decorative element in its second variation, and Fig. 3 shows the decorative element in its third variation.
