Wafelek, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc sprzedawany luzem lub konfekcjonowany w przezroczystych pudelkach, wyposazonych w odpowiednie zdobienie. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez uksztaltowanie powierzchni, uklad linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The significant features of the industrial design presented in photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 include that the pyramid-shaped wafer has a pyramid-shaped outline when viewed from the side.
