Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zawieszka personalizujaca, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako element dekoracyjny i identyfikujacy wlasciciela galanterii skórzanej, tekstylnej i skóropodobnej, a w szczególnosci torebek damskich. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, uklad linii, kontury, strukture powierzchni, ornamentyke. Zawieszka moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z drewna, z metalu, ze skóry, ze skaju lub z tworzyw sztucznych. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by shape, arrangement of lines, contours, surface structure, and ornamentation. The pendant can be manufactured industrially or by hand from wood, metal, leather, imitation leather, or plastic. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the pendant in a perspective view, variant 1; Fig. 2 shows the pendant in a perspective view, variant 2; Fig. 3 shows the pendant in a perspective view, variant 3. Significant features of the industrial design: The essential features of the industrial design include that the personalizing pendant, variant 1, shown in Fig. 1, is shaped as a flat rectangular block with rounded corners.
