The fabric can also be used in car upholstery. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, illustrating the fabric in a top view. The upholstery fabric, according to the industrial design, is made of natural and artificial fibres. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design include that the texture of the upholstery fabric on part of the surface is soft and rough, created from densely grouped tufts of soft fibre, one next to the other. These tufts are arranged in closely adjacent rows. Individual tufts deviate in different directions, creating the impression of melange. The texture of the remaining part of the fabric surface is smooth or in places convex. The convexity on the smooth surface is created by embroidery lines. The upholstery fabric, according to the industrial pattern, is decorated with a pattern that is created by arc-shaped lines of varying widths spreading out to the sides. These lines create forms resembling parted flower calyxes, between which there are visible figures resembling the outline of a "peacock eye", a teardrop, a dewdrop and other arched, sometimes rounded or rounded fields. These figures differ in shape, size, surface texture and colour. Some branches of the lines spreading out to the sides are twisted spirally, creating irregular spirals.
