Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tkanina obiciowa, znajdujaca zastosowanie w tapicerstwie do wykonywania pokryc mebli wyscielanych. Tkanina moze znajdowac równiez zastosowanie w wykonywaniu tapicerki samochodowej. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 - ilustrujacej tkanine w widoku z góry. The fabric may also be used in automotive upholstery. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, illustrating the fabric from a top view. The fabric is also presented as a material sample, Fig. 2. The upholstery fabric, according to the industrial design, is made from natural and synthetic fibers. The essential features of an industrial design include the upholstery fabric's soft and rough texture, composed of densely grouped tufts of soft fiber, arranged in closely spaced rows. Individual tufts deflect in different directions, creating a melange effect. A pattern is distributed across the fabric's soft and rough surface. The pattern is formed by ovals arranged in various configurations, outlined by a glossy peripheral line and, on the inside, by irregular lines that create recesses in the fabric's structure.
