Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego uwidoczniony jest na za laczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, któ- ry na fig. 1 przedstawia lamp e ogrodow a w widoku z boku, a na fig. 2 przedstawia element lampy posiadaj acy zdobienie w postaci oplataj acego pr eta z liscmi. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the garden lamp, with a form and shape that give it new aesthetic values. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, which in Fig. 1 shows the garden lamp from a side view, and in Fig. 2 shows a lamp element decorated with an intertwining rod with leaves. The garden lamp has the form of a pole with a base topped with a light element, and an important feature of the industrial design is that the pole has a telescopic form consisting of elements with a smaller diameter going upwards, the pole is topped with a ball at the top, above it there is a sleeve from which brackets extend supporting the roof covering the lamp, and the last upper segment of the telescopic pole has a decoration in the form of a wrapping rod with leaves, as shown in the attached illustrations - Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
