The subject of the industrial design is a new form of lipstick frame. Lipstick frames are available in various forms, expressed in the external shape and proportions of the frame elements, i.e., a cylindrical body with an internal mechanism for extending the lipstick – as a result of rotating an external, movable sleeve sealed at the bottom, encompassing the lower part of the cylindrical body, and for retracting it – as a result of rotating the sleeve in the opposite direction, and a cap closing the frame and usually immobilizing the sleeve, in terms of its surface properties and various ornaments applied to it. The lipstick frame, based on the current industrial design, differs from previous lipstick frames and creates an overall impression different from previous frames on the discerning user. The lipstick frame, based on the current industrial design, is characterized by a novelty and individual character, manifested in the shape, color, and surface properties of its components, as well as in the shape, content, and color of the ornaments. The frame consists of a body and a rotating sleeve with an annular collar at the upper edge, permanently mounted on the lower part of the body. Both elements are made of a pink material with a metallic sheen. Additionally, a transparent cylindrical outer cover of pink plastic is mounted on the sleeve, below the ring, emphasizing the metallic sheen of the sleeve it covers. The frame is closed by a cap made of the same pink transparent plastic, covered on the outside with an irregular metalized floral ornament in the same color as the frame body. It is pressed against the annular collar of the rotating sleeve. Halfway up the cap, a decorative metalized "BELL" inscription is placed on the front, and below it is the product designation – the whole design is accentuated by the aforementioned shiny metallic annular collar. The outer cylindrical surfaces of the cover, the annular collar, and the cap overlap. The cylindrical side walls of the cover and the cover gently curve into flat bottoms. The bottom of the cover features the typical identification markings for the lipstick enclosed in the frame. The subject of the present industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view from above of a closed frame according to the present design; Fig. 2a shows the frame shown in Fig. 1 with the transparent cap removed, and Fig. 2b shows the cap alone; Fig. 3 shows a top view of the complete frame from Fig. 1 and a second open frame also seen from above, but with the transparent cap removed lying next to it, with visible metallic inscriptions and floral ornaments; Fig. 4 shows a side view of the components of the frame according to the design after being unfolded, and Fig. 5 shows the same components of the frame according to the design after being unfolded, showing their closed bases. The transparent elements of the lipstick frame in the current design, combined with the metallically shiny body, create an unusual, somewhat magical impression of complete transparency and luminosity, intensified by the shadows visible inside, cast on the body by the metallic ornaments and inscriptions. Essential features of the industrial design: • A lipstick frame according to the current industrial design - illustrated in illustrative material Fig. 1 to 5, comprises a cylindrical body with a rotating sleeve with an annular collar at the upper edge, permanently mounted on the lower part of the body, made of pink material with a metallic sheen and with an additional transparent cylindrical cover made of pink plastic mounted on the sleeve, below the ring, as well as a cap closing the frame made of the same pink transparent plastic, covered on the outside with an irregular metallised plant ornament in the same colour as the frame body, pressed against the annular collar of the rotating sleeve. • A lipstick frame according to the current industrial design - illustrated in illustrative material Fig. 1 to 5, has a decorative metalized BELL inscription placed halfway up the cap, and below it the product designation - the entire ornamentation is emphasized by a metallically shiny ring collar. • In a lipstick frame according to the current industrial design - illustrated in illustrative material Fig. 1 to 5, the outer cylindrical surfaces of the cover, ring collar, and cap overlap. • In the lipstick frame according to the current industrial design - illustrated in illustrative material Fig. 1 to 5, the cylindrical side walls of the cap and cover merge with a gentle rounding into flat bottoms.3 • In the lipstick frame according to the current industrial design - illustrated in illustrative material Fig. 1 to 5, the bottom of the cover bears typical identification markings of the lipstick enclosed in the frame.
