The subject of the industrial design is a new form of lipstick frame. Lipstick frames with diverse external appearances are available, expressed in the external shape and proportions of the frame elements. This includes a cylindrical body with an internal mechanism for extending the lipstick – as a result of rotating an external, movable sleeve sealed at the bottom, encompassing the lower part of the cylindrical body – and for retracting it – as a result of rotating the sleeve in the opposite direction, and a cap that closes the frame and usually immobilizes the sleeve, in terms of its surface properties and ornaments applied to it using various techniques. The lipstick frame according to the current industrial design differs from existing lipstick frames and creates a different overall impression on the informed user. The lipstick frame, following the current industrial design, is characterized by its novelty and individual character, manifested in the shape, color, and surface properties of its components, as well as in the shape, content, and color of the ornaments. The frame has a metal body and a rotating metal sleeve with an annular collar at the upper edge, permanently mounted on the lower part of the body. The frame is closed by a metal cap with a beveled upper bottom. The body, sleeve, and closing cap are silver and have a shiny, smooth finish on the outer surfaces. The collar of the sleeve is a vibrant carmine color and also has a shimmering metallic sheen. The Applicant's logo is embossed on the obliquely cut base of the cap, which is pressed against the annular collar of the rotating sleeve. It is a flower with petals arranged in two whorls growing from a barely visible receptacle. The three central perianth lobes open upward, while the three visible outer perianth lobes are oriented more horizontally and appear smaller. The outer cylindrical surfaces of the sleeve, the annular collar, and the cap overlap. The cylindrical side wall of the sleeve merges into a flat base, perpendicular to the side wall. The bottom of the cover bears the typical identification markings for a lipstick enclosed in a frame.2 The subject of the current industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a closed frame according to the current design in a side view from above; Fig. 2 shows the frame shown in Fig. 1 with the cap removed, and Fig. 3 shows the frame with the cap removed, shown in Fig. 2, next to the second complete frame from Fig. 1. The metal frame of the lipstick according to the current design, combined with the metallically shiny ring collar in an intense crimson color, evokes an impression of cool elegance. The beveled cut of the cap reveals the company logo, which is visible both from above and from the side, adding an additional new effect when displaying the lipsticks on a sales stand. Essential features of the industrial design: • A lipstick frame according to the current industrial design - illustrated in illustrative material Fig. 1 to 3, comprises a silver metal cylindrical body with a rotating silver metal sleeve with an intensely carmine - metallic shine, annular collar at the upper edge, permanently mounted on the lower part of the body, and a silver metal cap with an obliquely cut upper bottom closing the frame, pressed against the annular collar of the rotating sleeve. • A lipstick holder according to the current industrial design - illustrated in illustrative material Figs. 1 to 3, has an embossed logo on the oblique bottom of the cap in the form of an expanded flower with corolla petals gathered in two whorls growing from a barely visible receptacle, in which the three central perianth lobes open upwards, while the three visible outer perianth lobes are oriented more horizontally and appear smaller. • In a lipstick holder according to the current industrial design - illustrated in illustrative material Figs. 1 to 3, the outer cylindrical surfaces of the sleeve, annular collar, and cap overlap. • In the lipstick frame according to the current industrial design - illustrated in illustrative material Fig. 1 to 3, the cylindrical side wall of the sleeve transitions into a flat bottom perpendicular to the side wall. • In the lipstick frame according to the current industrial design - illustrated in illustrative material Fig. 1 to 3, the bottom of the cover bears typical identification markings of the lipstick enclosed in the frame.
