An example of a well-known form of lipstick frame is the one according to ornamental design no. 13760. The lipstick frame according to the current industrial design differs from previous lipstick frames and creates an overall impression different from previous frames on the informed user. The lipstick frame according to the current industrial design is characterized by a novelty and individual character, manifested in the shape, color, and surface properties of its components, as well as in the shape, content, and color of the ornaments. The subject of the current industrial design is depicted in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a closed lipstick frame according to the current design in a side view from above; Fig. 2 shows the frame shown in Fig. 1 with the cap removed, Fig. 3 shows the closed lipstick frame, constituting the first variation of the frame according to the current design, and Fig. 4 shows the frame shown in Fig. 3 with the cap removed. The lipstick frame according to the current design has a silver body and a rotatable cylindrical sleeve with a silver annular collar at the upper edge, permanently mounted on the lower part of the body. The silver annular collar has an outer diameter smaller than the rest of the sleeve and has several steps with decreasing diameters upward, over which the cap closing the frame overlaps. The cap has the same outer diameter as the lower sleeve, and when fully closed, it is spaced from the sleeve by a distance equal to twice the height of the widest part of the sleeve's silver collar ring.
