Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac opakowania przejawia sie w uksztaltowaniu, zdobieniu i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l, przedstawiajacym opakowanie w widoku perspektywicznym orazna zalaczonej fotografii fig.2 - ilustrujacej opakowanie w widoku ogólnym od strony czolowej. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze jest ono uksztaltowane w formie bryly, której podstawa ma zarys owalu. Opakowanie od góry jest wyposazone w pokrywke z obrzezem wydluzonym ku górze w stosunku do wewnetrznej powierzchni. Na wewnetrznej powierzchni pokrywki znajduja sie wypuklosci majace zarys stylizowanych liter. Litery te tworza motyw slowno-graficzny. Boczna powierzchnia pojemnika jest ozdobiona wzdluznymi wypuklosciami oddzielonymi rowkami. Posrodku, od strony czolowej jak równiez z tylu powierzchnia pojemnika jest gladka. The subject of the industrial design is the packaging of a food product, particularly cocoa. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the packaging is manifested in the shape, decoration, and surface properties. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the packaging in a perspective view, and in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, illustrating the packaging in a general view from the front. The essential features of the industrial design include its shape as a solid with an oval base. The top of the packaging is equipped with a lid with a rim that extends upwards relative to the inner surface. The inner surface of the lid features protrusions with the outline of stylized letters. These letters create a verbal and graphic motif. The side surface of the container is decorated with longitudinal ridges separated by grooves.
