Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw miniatur ozdobnych, w szczególnosci miniatur malarstwa i/lub miniatur okolicznosciowych, zarówno o charakterze swieckim jak i sakralnym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac wytworów przejawiajaca sie w ich ksztalcie zewnetrznym nadanym im cechami linii i konturów, a takze struktura 1 kolorystyka materialu wytworu oraz wlasciwosciami powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na któ- rym fig.1 przedstawia przekrój poprzeczny z czesciowym wybraniem przez minia- ture wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, a fotografie oznaczone jako fig. 2 - fig. 7 przedstawiaja odpowiednio widok miniatur malarstwa (fig. 2 i fig. 3), miniatur oko- licznosciowych odpowiednio o charakterze sakralnym (fig. 4 i fig. 5) lub swieckim (fig. 6 i fig. 7). Miniatura wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt owalny i jak pokazano na fig. 1 jest wykonana dowolna technika drukarska na placie jedwabiu natural- nego 1 naciagnietego na foliowa wypukla wytloczke 2. Krawedzie owalnego arku- sza materialu 1 sa wykonczone metalicznym sznurkiem 3 o charakterystycznym splocie, wybarwionym korzystnie w kolorze zlotym lub srebrnym, albo innym prze- tykanym jednakze zlotem lub srebrem. W miejscu przeznaczonym do zawiesze- nia miniatury jest ona zakonczona uchwytem 4 wykonanym nicia pochodzaca ze splotu sznurka uzytego do ozdobnego wykonczenia obwiedni miniatury.Jest oczywistym, ze przedstawione przyklady realizacyjne nie wyczerpuja wszelkich mozliwosci wykonawczych przedmiotu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jak chociazby miniatury wykonanej na prostokatnym arkuszu jedwabiu natural- nego. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa ksztalt wytworu nadany mu cechami linii i wzajemnym ich przenikaniem, konturów oraz struktura materialu, z którego wykonano przedmiot wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jak równiez wlas- ciwosciami powierzchni przejawiajacymi sie szorstkoscia i chropowatoscia beda- cymi pochodna uzytego materialu. Nadto miniatury wedlug wzoru przemyslowego odznaczaja sie charakterystyczna, indywidualna kolorystyka wykanczajacego je sznura. Wytwór wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonano z przezroczystej folii z tworzywa sztucznego, na która naciagnieto 100% jedwab naturalny, natomiast ozdobne wykonczenie obwiedni wytworów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi metaliczny sznur o charakterystycznym, indywidualnym splocie. The essence of the design is the new form of the products, manifested in their external shape, given to them by the characteristics of lines and contours, as well as the structure and color of the product's material and surface properties. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a cross-section with a partial selection of miniatures according to the industrial design, while photographs marked Fig. 2 - Fig. 7 show views of miniature paintings (Fig. 2 and Fig. 3), occasional miniatures of a sacred (Fig. 4 and Fig. 5), or secular (Fig. 6 and Fig. 7) character, respectively. The miniature according to the industrial design is oval in shape and, as shown in Fig. 1, is made using any printing technique on a sheet of natural silk 1 stretched over a convex foil embossment 2. The edges of the oval sheet of material 1 are finished with a metallic string 3 with a characteristic weave, preferably dyed gold or silver, or otherwise interwoven with gold or silver. At the point intended for hanging the miniature, it is finished with a handle 4 made of thread derived from the weave of the string used to decoratively finish the miniature's envelope. It is obvious that the presented examples do not exhaust all the possibilities of creating an object according to the industrial design, such as a miniature made on a rectangular sheet of natural silk. The essential features of an industrial design are the shape of the product, defined by the features of lines and their interpenetration, contours, and the structure of the material from which the industrial design object is made, as well as the surface properties manifested by roughness and coarseness resulting from the material used. Furthermore, miniatures based on the industrial design are distinguished by the characteristic, individual coloring of the cord that finishes them. The industrial design product is made of a transparent plastic foil over which 100% natural silk is stretched, while the decorative trim around the edges of the industrial design products is a metallic cord with a characteristic, individual weave.
