Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie zbiorcze, zwlaszcza do przedmiotów srednio i malogabarytowych. Znane opakowania zbiorcze do przedmiotów srednio i malogabarytowych maja postac planszy o ksztalcie wielokata foremnego, czesto o ksztalcie czworokata. Opakowania takie zawieraja na powierzchni przezroczyste oslony polaczone z opakowaniem. Pod oslonami sa umieszczone opakowywane przedmioty. Opakowanie zbiorcze, zwlaszcza do przedmiotów srednio i malogabarytowych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi je plansza o ksztalcie wieloboku nieforemnego zawierajaca na powierzchni przezroczyste oslony polaczone z powierzchnia planszy. Wielobok ma czesciowo ksztalt czworoboku i czesciowo usytuowanej u jednego konca czworoboku figury geometrycznej o nieregularnym ksztalcie, której jedno z narozy tworza czteryzaokraglone wierzcholki. Przezroczyste oslony sa umieszczone na powierzchni czesci planszy o ksztalcie czworoboku, w segmentach wytyczonych przez oznaczenia usytuowane wzdluz linii prostopadlych do dwóch przeciwleglych boków czworoboku. Odmiana opakowania wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zawiera ponad ostatnim rzedem segmentów, w czesci wieloboku stanowiacej figure geometryczna o nieregularnym ksztalcie, obrys przedluzajacy czworobok oraz obrysy wychodzace z kazdego wierzcholka naroza figury, tworzace fragmenty górnych czesci kolejnych czworoboków przypominajacych górne czesci kart, zas lacznie przypominajacych zestaw wachlarzowato ulozonych kart. Oznaczenia wyznaczajace segmenty korzystnie moga miec postac linii przerywanej, ciaglej badz perforacji. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma estetyczny i indywidualny charakter, w szczególnosci wyróznia je ksztalt i usytuowanie oslon zawierajacych opakowywane przedmioty. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach w rzucie perspektywicznym, na których fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie, zas fig. 2 - odmiane opakowania. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma nastepujace istotne cechy: 1. Opakowanie ma postac planszy o ksztalcie wieloboku nieforemnego zawierajacej na powierzchni przezroczyste oslony polaczone z powierzchnia planszy, przy czym plansza ma czesciowo ksztalt czworoboku i czesciowo usytuowanej u jego jednego konca figury geometrycznej o nieregularnym ksztalcie majacej jedno znarozy w formie czterech zaokraglonych wierzcholków, a nadto przezroczyste oslony sa rozmieszczone w segmentach na powierzchni czworoboku, wytyczonych przez dowolne oznaczenia usytuowane wzdluz linii prostopadlych do dwóch przeciwleglych boków czworoboku. 2. Odmiana opakowania wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zawiera ponad ostatnim rzedem segmentów, w tej czesci wieloboku, która stanowi figura geometryczna o nieregularnym ksztalcie, obrys przedluzajacy czworobok oraz obrysy wychodzace z kazdego wierzcholka naroza figury, tworzace fragmenty górnych czesci kolejnych czworoboków przypominajace górne czesci kart, zas lacznie przypominajace zestaw wachlarzowato ulozonych kart.Fig. 1 PLThe subject of the industrial design is collective packaging, particularly for medium- and small-sized items. Known collective packaging for medium- and small-sized items takes the form of a board in the shape of a regular polygon, often a quadrangle. Such packaging contains transparent covers on the surface connected to the packaging. The packaged items are placed under the covers. Collective packaging, particularly for medium- and small-sized items, according to the industrial design is characterized by the fact that it consists of a board in the shape of an irregular polygon containing transparent covers on the surface connected to the surface of the board. The polygon is partially in the shape of a quadrangle and partially in the shape of an irregular geometric figure located at one end of the quadrangle, one of the corners of which is formed by four rounded vertices. Transparent covers are placed on the surface of the quadrilateral portion of the board, in segments defined by markings placed along lines perpendicular to two opposite sides of the quadrilateral. The industrial design packaging variant is characterized by containing, above the last row of segments, in the polygon portion, which is an irregularly shaped geometric figure, an outline extending the quadrilateral, and outlines extending from each vertex corner of the figure, forming fragments of the upper parts of subsequent quadrilaterals resembling the upper parts of cards, and together resembling a set of fan-shaped cards. The markings defining the segments can preferably be in the form of a dashed line, a continuous line, or perforations. Industrial design packaging has an aesthetic and individual character, particularly distinguished by the shape and positioning of the covers containing the packaged items. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings in a perspective view, in which Fig. 1 shows the packaging, and Fig. 2 - a variant of the packaging. The packaging according to the industrial design has the following essential features: 1. The packaging is in the form of a board in the shape of an irregular polygon containing transparent covers on its surface connected to the surface of the board, wherein the board is partially in the shape of a quadrangle and partially located at one end of it is an irregular geometric figure with one corner in the form of four rounded vertices, and furthermore, the transparent covers are arranged in segments on the surface of the quadrangle, delineated by arbitrary markings situated along lines perpendicular to two opposite sides of the quadrangle. 2. A variant of the packaging according to the industrial design contains, above the last row of segments, in that part of the polygon which is a geometric figure of irregular shape, an outline extending the quadrilateral and outlines coming from each vertex corner of the figure, forming fragments of the upper parts of the subsequent quadrilaterals resembling the upper parts of cards, and together resembling a set of cards arranged in a fan shape.
