Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ramka, przeznaczona jako motyw dekoracyjny obrazów, obrazków i innych elementów graficznych i przestrzennych. Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie elementami dekoracyjnymi oraz ich ukladem i zarysem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Ramka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, uwidoczniona na materiale ilustracyjnym fig i, fig-2, fig.3 i fig.4, posiadajaca ksztalt stylizowanego prostokata, zawiera istotne cech y przejawiajace sie tym, ze ma faliste, o symetrycznym i nieregularnym zarysie, zewnetrzne krawedzie, stanowiace obrys ozdobnych elementów o kolowym zarysie lub zarysie elipsy, tworzacych stylizowane zarysy kwiatów, rzedy i szeregi otworów o jednakowej lub róznej wielkosci, o zmiennych wielkosciach oraz regularnych i splaszczonych oraz wydluzonych elips umieszczanych jednostkowo, a takze symetrycznie w grupach, przy czym ozdobne elementy tworza charakterystyczny zarys ramki, przy czym ozdobne elementy posiadaja postac rysunku lub obrys wycietej powierzchni, a powierzchnie ramki stanowi papier, karton lub tworzywo sztuczne.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 Fig.4 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a frame, intended as a decorative motif for paintings, pictures, and other graphic and spatial elements. The essence of the novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the new form of the object, manifested by the decorative elements and their arrangement and outline. The subject of the industrial design is suitable for repeated reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 - shows a view of a frame with an outline of a stylized rectangle, having in the corners circular elements forming the outline of a five-petal flower with a circular element in the middle, and along the bottom edge with a symmetrical, wavy outline, symmetrically placed elements with a circular outline, and in the middle part circular elements forming the outline of a five-petal flower with a circular element in the middle, while the upper edge has an arc-shaped, wavy outline and symmetrically placed elements with a circular outline, and along the symmetrical side edges with a wavy outline, it has elements with a circular outline, and near the corners, they have an arc-shaped edge outline, along which elements with the outline of flattened ellipses are placed symmetrically; Fig. 2 - shows a view of a frame with the outline of a stylized rectangle, having symmetrical side vertical edges and an upper and lower edge with a symmetrical irregular outline, parallel to the outline of the corner elements and elements placed symmetrically at the edges, having the outline of a five-petal flower made of peripheral elements with a circular outline and with a smaller element with a circular outline in the middle of the flower outline, which are alternately divided by elements with the outline of flattened symmetrical double ellipses in the lower and upper parts, placed parallel and symmetrically, and symmetrically in the middle part the ellipses are placed asymmetrically and with their vertices directed towards each other, while at the lower edge and the upper edge at the edge, in the middle part, there is a symmetrical element with the outline of a five-petal flower made of elements with a circular outline and with a smaller element with a circular outline in the middle, and symmetrically with on both sides elements with the outline of flattened ellipses; fig. 3 - shows a view of a frame with the outline of a stylized rectangle, with symmetrical side vertical edges and an upper edge and a lower edge with a symmetrical, irregular outline, parallel to the outline of the elements at the edge, having in the corners the outline of a five-petal flower made of elements with the outline of ellipses, and next to it, along the vertical outer edge, two elements with the outline of symmetrical, elongated ellipses, and in the central part, at the edge of the vertical side edge and the edges of the upper edge and the lower edge, elements with the outline of circles of various sizes are symmetrically placed, while the outer edge of the frame has an outline in the form of an ellipse, with a vertical longer axis of symmetry made of elements with a circular outline; Fig. 4 - shows a view of a frame with an outline of a stylized rectangle, having symmetrical side vertical edges and a top and bottom edge with a symmetrical irregular wavy outline, parallel to the outline of elements located at the edges, which in the corners have an outline of a five-petal flower made of elements with a circular outline and having a smaller element with a circular outline in the middle part, and along the edges having an outline of circles of different sizes, and at the corners elements with an outline of elongated symmetrical ellipses and having a symmetrical top and bottom edge with a wavy symmetrical irregular outline, parallel to the outline of the corner elements and to the elements symmetrically placed along the edges, wherein these elements have an outline of circles of different sizes, while the outer edge of the frame has an outline in the form of an ellipse, with a vertical longer axis symmetry, created from elements with a circular outline, above which the lower and upper vertices are placed rows and rows of holes. The frame, according to the industrial design, shown in illustrations fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, having the shape of a stylized rectangle, has significant features manifested in that it has wavy, symmetrical and irregular outer edges constituting the outline of decorative elements with a circular or elliptical outline, creating stylized outlines of flowers, rows and series of holes of the same or different size, with variable sizes, and regular, flattened and elongated ellipses placed individually and also symmetrically in groups, wherein the decorative elements create a characteristic outline of the frame, wherein the decorative elements have the form of a drawing or the outline of a cut-out surface, and the surface of the frame is paper, cardboard or plastic.
