Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampion nagrobny. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej fotografii oraz zalaczonych rysunkach, gdzie Fig. 1 przedstawia lampion w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 2 pokrywe lampionu, Fig. 3 ramke boczna lampionu, Fig. 4 drzwiczki lampionu. Fotografie przedstawiaja widok pokrywy i dwóch sasiednich scian bocznych lampionu, w tym sciany stanowiacej drzwiczki. Lampion nagrobny sklada sie z pokrywy, scian bocznych i podstawy. Charakteryzuje sie tym, iz posiada pokrywe w ksztalcie kwadratu o zaokraglonych narozach z kulista wypukloscia na wierzcholku. W dwóch przeciwleglych narozach pokrywy, umieszczone sa plaskorzezby kwiatów w ksztalcie bukietu % licznymi otaczajacymi je rozwianymi cienkimi wstazeczkami. Wokól pokrywy znajduje sie gladki pas o szerokosci okolo 10 mm. Sciany boczne lampionu stanowia cztery prostokatne ramki, z umieszczonymi wewnatrz tych ramek szklanymi plytami. Otwór w ramkach ma symetryczne lukowe wybrzuszenia posrodku kazdego boku z otworu ramki. Cala powierzchnia ramek jest plytko ryflowana. Przednia sciana pelniaca funkcje drzwiczek i dodatkowo jest ozdobiona czterema plaskorzezbami malych bukietów z kwiatów otoczonych rozwianymi wstazkami tworzacymi iyfle na powierzchni sciany drzwiczek i dwoma pojedynczymi kwiatami.1. Kwiat srodkowy 0 22 mm przykrywa w polowie lezace naprzeciw siebie dwa kwiatki o srednicy' 0 lc|nm.5 - uklad trzech kwiatów w prawym dolnym rogu ramki. Posrodku duzy kwiat o srednicy 0 30 mm, czesciowo przykrywa dwa kwiatki o srednicy 0 16 mm. 6 - uklad dwóch kwiatków, w lewym dolnym rogu drzwiczek, czesciowo zachodzacych na siebie. Kwiat wiekszy o srednicy 0 32 mm zachodzi w czesci na kwiat o srednicy 0 20 mm. 7 - pojedyncze kwiatki o srednicy 0 10 mm. Powierzchnia drzwiczek jest ryflowana, ryfle swym ksztaltem przypominaja rozwiane wstazeczki bukietu, grubsze w poblizu figur skladajace sie z dwóch lub trzech kwiatów, ciensze pomiedzy kwiatkami figury 7.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Lampion nagrobny sklada sie z pokrywy scian bocznych i podstawy, znamienny tym, ze ma pokrywe w ksztalcie kwadratu o zaokraglonych narozach z kulista wypukloscia na wierzcholku. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a tombstone lantern. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph and drawings, where Fig. 1 shows the lantern in a perspective view, Fig. 2 the lantern's cover, Fig. 3 the lantern's side frame, and Fig. 4 the lantern's door. The photographs show a view of the cover and two adjacent side walls of the lantern, including the wall that serves as the door. The tombstone lantern consists of a cover, side walls, and a base. It is characterized by a square-shaped cover with rounded corners and a spherical protrusion at the top. In two opposite corners of the cover, there are bas-reliefs of flowers in the shape of a bouquet, surrounded by numerous thin, flowing ribbons. A smooth band, approximately 10 mm wide, surrounds the cover. The side walls of the lantern consist of four rectangular frames, with glass panels placed inside them. The opening in the frames has symmetrical, arched bulges in the center of each side of the frame opening. The entire surface of the frames is shallowly grooved. The front wall, which serves as a door, is additionally decorated with four bas-reliefs of small flower bouquets surrounded by flowing ribbons, forming ivy-like patterns on the surface of the door wall, and two single flowers. In its upper part, it has a rectangular, symmetrical cutout measuring 10 x 70 mm, and in the lower part, rounded corners. The vertical side edges of the frame have a slight arc in their centers. Inside the frames is a rectangular opening for the glass with rounded corners and arc-shaped protrusions in the center of each side of the frame opening. The frame surface is shallowly iflated. 3. Flower dimensions: 1 x 0 24 mm and 1 x 0 15 mm. 4 - arrangement of three overlapping flowers. The central 0 22 mm flower half-covers two opposite flowers with a diameter of 0 1c|nm. 5 - arrangement of three flowers in the lower right corner of the frame. In the middle, a large flower with a diameter of 0 30 mm partially covers two flowers with a diameter of 0 16 mm. 6 - arrangement of two flowers, in the lower left corner of the door, partially overlapping. The larger flower with a diameter of 0 32 mm partially overlaps the flower with a diameter of 0 20 mm. 7 - single flowers with a diameter of 0 10 mm. The door's surface is grooved, the grooves resembling the flowing ribbons of a bouquet, thicker near the figures of two or three flowers, thinner between the flowers (figure 7). The opening in the frames has symmetrical, arched bulges in the center of each side of the frame opening. The entire surface of the frames is shallowly grooved. The front wall serves as a door and is additionally decorated with four bas-reliefs of small bouquets of flowers surrounded by flowing ribbons creating grooves on the surface of the door wall, as well as two single flowers.
