Urzadzenie alarmowe Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 30 sierpnia 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie alarmowe, zwlaszcza nascienne urzadzenie alarmowe. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac urzadzenia alarmowego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii nadajaca urzadzeniu swoisty i oryginalny wyglad i zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zilustrowany jest na fotografiach na których fig. 1 przedstawia urzadzenie alarmowe w przykladzie wykonania, w widoku z góry, w perspektywie, fig. 2 -urzadzenie jak na fig. 1 w widoku od przodu, fig.3 -urzadzenie jak na fig. 1, w widoku z boku z prawej strony, fig. 4 -urzadzenie jak na fig. 1, w widoku od dolu. Urzadzenie ma ksztalt wielosciennej bryly, utworzonej z pokrywy majacej dwie czesci i podstawy, jak to uwidoczniono na fotografiach fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4. Górna czesc pokrywy, jak to uwidoczniono na fotografiach, fig . 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4, ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o wypuklej przedniej sciance, majacej usytuowane w dolnej czesci trzy zaglebienia, jedno pod drugim, stopniowo zmniejszajace sie, przy czym górne krawedzie sa liniami prostymi a dolne sa liniami lukowatymi. Powierzchnie wglebien sa pochyle i opadaja w kierunku ku górnym prostoliniowym krawedziom. W wglebieniach usytuowane sa otwory, o ksztalcie odpowiadajacym zaglebieniom, których krawedzie wyznaczaja górne krawedzie zaglebien i dolne krawedzie majace ksztalty odpowiadajace ksztaltom dolnej krawedzi zaglebien. Zaglebienia moga byc wytloczone lub wyciete w materiale przedniej scianki. Dolna krawedz przedniej scianki górnej czesci pokrywy ma wygieta lukowo w kierunku do góry krawedz przechodzaca w prostopadla krawedz obu scianek bocznych. Krawedzie wspólne przedniej scianki i bocznych scianek, prawej, lewej i górnej sa zaokraglone. Scianki boczne prawa, lewa igórna sa prostokatne. Górna czesc pokrywy wykonana jest z materialu nie przepuszczajacego swiatlo, korzystnie w kolorze bialym. Dolna czesc pokrywy, jak to uwidoczniono na fotografiach, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4, ma prostokatna przednia scianke majaca wypukla górna krawedz - o krzywiznie identycznej jak krzywizna dolnej krawedzi przedniej scianki górnej czesci pokrywy. Krawedzie wspólne przedniej scianki i trzech bocznych scianek, prawej, lewej i dolnej, sa identycznie zaokraglone jak krawedzie górnej czesci pokrywy. Scianki boczne prawa, lewa i dolna sa prostokatne. Dolna czesc pokrywy wykonana jest z materialu przepuszczajacego swiatlo - przezroczystego, korzystnie w kolorze czerwonym. Podstawa urzadzenia, jak to uwidoczniono na fotografiach fig . 1, fig. 3 i fig.4, ma ksztalt wielosciennej bryly utworzonej przez prostopadloscian o wymiarach zewnetrznych identycznych jak wymiary obu zlozonych ze soba czesci pokrywy i wysokosci znacznie mniejszej niz wysokosc pokrywy i drugi o wymiarach zewnetrznych mniejszych od poprzedniego i wysokosci znacznie mniejszej od wysokosci poprzedniego, przy czym naroza obu prostopadloscianów tworzacych podstawe sa zaokraglone identycznie jak naroza pokrywy. Podstawa urzadzenia wykonana jest z materialu nie przepuszczajacego swiatlo, korzystnie jest w kolorze szarym. PL PLAlarm Device The industrial design registration right has been in effect since August 30, 2001. The subject of the industrial design is an alarm device, particularly a wall-mounted alarm device. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the alarm device, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, giving the device a unique and original appearance and aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows an example of the alarm device, in a top view, in perspective; Fig. 2 shows the device as in Fig. 1, viewed from the front; Fig. 3 shows the device as in Fig. 1, viewed from the right side; and Fig. 4 shows the device as in Fig. 1, viewed from below. The device has the shape of a polyhedral solid, formed by a cover having two parts and a base, as shown in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. The upper part of the cover, as shown in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, has the shape of a cuboid with a convex front wall, having three recesses located in the lower part, one below the other, gradually decreasing, the upper edges being straight lines and the lower ones being arcuate lines. The surfaces of the recesses are inclined and fall towards the upper rectilinear edges. The recesses contain openings shaped like recesses, with their edges defining the upper edges of the recesses and their lower edges having shapes corresponding to the lower edges of the recesses. The recesses can be embossed or cut into the material of the front wall. The lower edge of the front wall of the upper part of the cover has an upwardly curved edge that merges into the perpendicular edge of both side walls. The common edges of the front wall and the right, left, and top side walls are rounded. The right, left, and top side walls are rectangular. The upper part of the cover is made of a light-impermeable material, preferably white. The lower part of the cover, as shown in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4, has a rectangular front wall with a convex upper edge—with a curvature identical to the curvature of the lower edge of the front wall of the upper part of the cover. The common edges of the front wall and the three side walls, right, left, and bottom, are identically rounded to the edges of the upper part of the cover. The right, left, and bottom side walls are rectangular. The lower part of the cover is made of a light-transparent material, preferably red. The base of the device, as shown in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4, has the shape of a polyhedral solid formed by a cuboid with external dimensions identical to the dimensions of both assembled parts of the cover and a height significantly smaller than the height of the cover, and a second cuboid with external dimensions smaller than the previous one and a height significantly smaller than the previous one, wherein the corners of both cuboids forming the base are rounded identically to the corners of the cover. The base of the device is made of a material that does not transmit light, preferably gray.
