Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik. Tego typu pojemnik jest przeznaczony zwlaszcza na klocki stanowiace elementy budowlane. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, pojemnik , wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowym ksztaltem i ukladem linii . Wzór pojemnika uwidoczniono na rysunkach , na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym od góry, fig.2 - pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym od spodu, fig.3 - pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig.4 - pojemnik w widoku od strony jednego boku, fig.5 - pojemnik w widoku od strony drugiego boku, fig.6 - pojemnik w widoku od tylu, fig.7 - pojemnik w widoku z góry. Pojemnik , wedlug wzoru, ma ksztalt bryly przestrzennej o trzech scianach i plaskim dnie, otwartej od góry i majacej zaokraglone górne naroza. W widoku z góry i od dolu pojemnik ma ksztalt cwiartki kola. Dwie plaskie sciany boczne, majace ksztalt prostokatny, sa ustawione pod katem prostym wzgledem siebie, a naroze i krawedz w miejscu ich styku sa wyokraglone. Pojemnik ma wewnetrzne wymiary mniejsze niz zewnetrzne.Cechami istotnymi, pojemnika , wedlug wzoru, jest to, ze, ma ksztalt bryly przestrzennej o trzech scianach i plaskim dnie, otwartej od góry i majacej zaokraglone górne naroza, przy czym w widoku z góry i od dolu pojemnik ma ksztalt cwiartki kola, zas dwie plaskie sciany boczne, majace ksztalt prostokatny, sa ustawione pod katem prostym wzgledem siebie, a naroze i krawedz w miejscu ich styku sa wyokraglone, przy czym pojemnik ma wewnetrzne wymiary mniejsze niz zewnetrzne, jak to uwidoczniono na rysunkach, fig. 1-7.fig. 1 fig. 2 fig. 3 fig. 4 fig. 5 fig. 6fig. 7 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a container. This type of container is intended primarily for building blocks. Compared to similarly shaped products of this type, the container, according to the industrial design, is distinguished by its new shape and line arrangement. The container design is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view from above; Fig. 2 shows the container in a perspective view from below; Fig. 3 shows the container in a front view; Fig. 4 shows the container in a view from one side; Fig. 5 shows the container in a view from the other side; Fig. 6 shows the container in a back view; and Fig. 7 shows the container in a top view. The container, according to the design, has the shape of a three-sided solid with a flat bottom, open at the top and rounded upper corners. In both top and bottom views, the container has the shape of a quarter circle. Two flat rectangular side walls are set at right angles to each other, and the corner and edge where they meet are rounded. The container has internal dimensions smaller than external ones.
