Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik przeznaczony do przechowywania róznych produktów. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1- przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - pojemnik w widoku od przodu, fig. 5 - pojemnik w widoku z tylu, zas fig. 6 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku od dolu. Cecha istotna przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest odmienny ksztalt od dotychczas znanych wzorów. Pojemnik posiadajacy dwie róznej wielkosci komory zamkniete pokrywa charakteryzuje sie tym, ze pokrywa ma ksztalt zblizony do okregu z dwoma malymi wybraniami o ksztalcie zblizonym do pólokregów, które umieszczone sa na wysokosci krawedzi wewnetrznej mniejszej komory, a glebokosc lych wybran odpowiada odleglosci pomiedzy górnymi wewnetrznymi krawedziami komór. Pokrywa polaczona jest z górnymi krawedziami komór. Komora mniejsza w widoku od dolu ma ksztalt zblizony do pól-owalu, zas komora wieksza do pólokregu. W widoku bocznym komory maja ksztalt zblizony do trapezów, przy czym komora mniejsza posiada podstawe równolegla do pokrywy a komora wieksza ma podstawe usytuowana pod katem do pokrywy. Poza tym, wysokosc mniejszej komory stanowi okolo 3/8 maksymalnej wysokosci wiekszej komory, zas krótsza wysokosc wiekszej komory stanowi okolo 6/8 maksymalnej wysokosci tej komory. Ponadto, podstawa wiekszej komory stanowi okolo 7/8 maksymalnej wysokosci wiekszej komory, a podstawa mniejszej komory jest okolo 2-krotnie mniejsza od podstawy wiekszej komory. Od podstaw komory lagodnie rozszerzaja sie ku górze a ich szerokosc przy krawedzi górnej jest o okolo 1/6 wieksza od szerokosci podstaw. Na powierzchniach zewnetrznych, w górnej czesci obu komór, prostopadle do pokrywy, usytuowany jest kolnierz o tej samej szerokosci na calym obwodzie, stanowiacy dodatkowe usztywnienie komór. pFig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 4 Fig. 5 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a container intended for storing various products. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the container in a side view, Fig. 3 shows the container in a top view, Fig. 4 shows the container in a front view, Fig. 5 shows the container in a back view, and Fig. 6 shows the container in a bottom view. A significant feature of the subject industrial design is its different shape from previously known designs. The container, having two different-sized compartments enclosed by a lid, is characterized by a lid that is roughly circular in shape with two small recesses roughly semicircular in shape, located at the height of the inner edge of the smaller compartment. The depth of these recesses corresponds to the distance between the upper inner edges of the compartments. The lid is connected to the upper edges of the compartments. The smaller chamber, viewed from below, has a semi-oval shape, while the larger chamber is semicircular. In lateral view, the chambers are trapezoidal in shape, with the smaller chamber having a base parallel to the lid and the larger chamber having a base at an angle to the lid. Furthermore, the height of the smaller chamber is approximately 3/8 of the maximum height of the larger chamber, while the shorter height of the larger chamber is approximately 6/8 of the maximum height of this chamber. Furthermore, the base of the larger chamber is approximately 7/8 of the maximum height of the larger chamber, and the base of the smaller chamber is approximately twice as small as the base of the larger chamber. From the bases, the chambers gently widen upward, and their width at the upper edge is approximately 1/6 greater than the width of the bases.
