Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest skrzynka na narzedzia. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac skrzynki na narzedzia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia skrzynke na narzedzia w widoku perspektywicznym z boku i przodu z otwarta pokrywa i rozlozonymi bokami, fig. 2 przedstawia skrzynke na narzedzia w widoku perspektywicznym z boku i przodu z zamknieta pokrywa i zlozonymi bokami, fig. 3 przedstawia skrzynke na narzedzia w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i boku z rozsunietymi na boki elementami skladowym, z których kazdy jest wskazany strzalka. Skrzynka na narzedzia wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma prostopadloscienne pudlo o bokach majacych wystajace na zewnatrz zaokraglone krawedzie. Przy górnejkrawedzi boki maja prostokatne wglebienia na zamki, a na bokach maja ornament. Przedni bok ma ornament w ksztalcie lezacego prostokata, który jest wpisany w prostokat o scietych narozach i okregach umieszczonych przy tych scieciach. Ornament bocznego boku rózni sie od ornamentu przedniego boku brakiem wpisanego prostokata. Pokrywa posiada na rogach zaokraglenia odpowiadajace zaokragleniom bocznych krawedzi, a po bokach, na górnej powierzchni ma prostokatne wglebienia, w których umieszczone sa prostokatne wkladki majace z zewnetrznego boku zakryte od góry wybranie. Na przednim boku pokrywa ma wybrania na zamki, a na górnej powierzchni, przy przednim boku ma wybranie w ksztalcie zblizonym do lezacej litery C na raczke, przy czym pomiedzy bocznymi ramionami tego wybrania na pokrywie jest zarysowany okrag. Raczka ma ksztalt odpowiadajacy wybraniu w pokrywie. Dno pudla jest prostokatne i ma na obrzezu, na obwodzie, mniej wiecej w srodku wysokosci wystajace poziome zebro, zas wewnatrz ma prostokatne wglebienie. Istotne cechy skrzynki na narzedzia wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi to, ze skrzynka ma prostopadloscienne pudlo o bokach majacych wystajace na zewnatrz zaokraglone krawedzie. Przy górnej krawedzi boki maja prostokatne wglebienia na zamki, a na bokach maja ornament. Przedni bok ma ornament w ksztalcie lezacego prostokata, który jest wpisany w prostokat o scietych narozach i okregach umieszczonych przy tych scieciach. Ornament bocznego boku rózni sie od ornamentu przedniego boku brakiem wpisanego prostokata. Pokrywa posiadana rogach zaokraglenia odpowiadajace zaokragleniom bocznych krawedzi, a po bokach, na górnej powierzchni ma prostokatne wglebienia, w których umieszczone sa prostokatne wkladki majace z zewnetrznego boku zakryte od góry wybranie. Na przednim boku pokrywa ma wybrania na zamki, a na górnej powierzchni, przy przednim boku ma wybranie w ksztalcie zblizonym do lezacej litery C na raczke, przy czym pomiedzy bocznymi ramionami tego wybrania na pokrywie jest zarysowany okrag. Raczka ma ksztalt odpowiadajacy wybraniu w pokrywie. Dno pudla jest prostokatne i ma na obrzezu, na obwodzie, mniej wiecej w srodku wysokosci wystajace poziome zebro, zas wewnatrz ma prostokatne wglebienie, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach, fig. 1-3.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a toolbox. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of toolbox, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surfaces. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the toolbox in a side and front perspective view with an open lid and folded sides; Fig. 2 shows the toolbox in a side and front perspective view with a closed lid and folded sides; Fig. 3 shows the toolbox in a front and side perspective view with components splayed outward, each indicated by an arrow. The toolbox according to the design is characterized by a rectangular box with sides having outwardly protruding rounded edges. The sides have rectangular recesses for locks at the upper edge, and the sides are decorated with ornamentation. The front side features an ornament in the shape of a lying rectangle, inscribed within a rectangle with chamfered corners and circles placed at these chamfers. The side side ornament differs from the front side ornament by the lack of an inscribed rectangle. The cover has rounded corners corresponding to the rounded side edges, and on the sides, on the upper surface, it has rectangular recesses in which rectangular inserts are placed, with a recess on the outer side covered from above. On the front side, the cover has recesses for locks, and on the upper surface, near the front side, it has a recess in the shape of a lying C for a handle, with a circle outlined between the side arms of this recess on the cover. The handle has a shape corresponding to the recess in the cover. The bottom of the box is rectangular and has a protruding horizontal rib around its perimeter, approximately midway up, while the interior has a rectangular recess. The key features of an industrial-style toolbox are that the box has a rectangular box with sides that have outwardly protruding rounded edges. At the top edge, the sides have rectangular recesses for locks, and the sides are ornamented. The front side has an ornament in the shape of a lying rectangle, which is inscribed within a rectangle with cut corners and circles placed at these cut corners. The side side ornament differs from the front side ornament by the absence of an inscribed rectangle. The lid has rounded corners corresponding to the rounded side edges, and on the sides, on the upper surface, it has rectangular recesses in which rectangular inserts are placed, with a recess on the outer side covered from above. On the front side, the lid has recesses for locks, and on the upper surface, near the front side, it has a recess in the shape of a horizontal letter C for a handle, with a circle outlined between the side arms of this recess on the lid. The handle has a shape corresponding to the recess in the lid. The bottom of the box is rectangular and has a protruding horizontal rib on the perimeter, approximately in the middle of the height, and a rectangular recess inside, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1-3.
