Skrzynka z podstawka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 16 czerwca 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest skrzynka z podstawka przeznaczona do zawieszenia na balkonie. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac skrzynki z podstawka, przejawiajaca sie nowa estetyczna forma, jak równiez ukladem zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów i zewnetrzna struktura powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono skrzynke w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono skrzynke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono podstawke w widoku z góry, fig. 4 -przedstawiono podstawke w widoku od czola, a na fig. 5 - przedstawiono podstawke w widoku z boku. Jak pokazano na rysunku skrzynka wedlug wzoru zaopatrzona jest w trapezowe sciany czolowe i trapezowe sciany boczne. Sciany czolowe i sciany boczne od strony zewnetrznej w dolnej ich czesci maja szereg pionowych, równoleglych do siebie pasków o blyszczacej powierzchni, podobnie jak górna ich czesc wraz z krawedzia zewnetrzna która wywinieta jest na zewnatrz. Pozostala zewnetrzna powierzchnia scian czolowych i scian bocznych jest zmatowiona. Podstawka wedlug wzoru ma trapezowe sciany czolowe i trapezowe sciany boczne. Sciany czolowe i sciany boczne od strony zewnetrznej maja w górnej ich czesci oraz na powierzchni wywinietej na zewnatrz górnej krawedzi blyszczaca powierzchnie, natomiast w dolnej czesci, zewnetrzne powierzchnie scian czolowych i scian bocznych sa zmatowione. Podstawka od spodu ma szereg obwodowo rozmieszczonych stopek, które w czesci srodkowej maja ksztalt prostokata, a w naroznikach maja ksztalt litery „L". Cechy charakterystyczne wzoru przemyslowego 1. As shown in the drawing, the box according to the design is equipped with trapezoidal front walls and trapezoidal side walls. The front and side walls on the outside have a series of vertical, parallel stripes with a glossy surface on their lower parts, as do their upper parts, including the outer edge, which is turned outward. The remaining outer surfaces of the front and side walls are matt. The base, as designed, has trapezoidal front walls and trapezoidal side walls. The front and side walls on the outside have a glossy surface on their upper parts and on the surface of the upper edge that is turned outward, while the outer surfaces of the front and side walls on the lower parts are matt. The base has a series of feet arranged around the perimeter, which are rectangular in the center and L-shaped in the corners. Characteristic features of the industrial design 1.
