Plata Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 04.02.2000. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest piata, zwlasz- cza do sprzatania gladkich powierzchni poziomych i pionowych na sucho i na mokro. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac piaty, zmierza- jaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszcze- gólnych elementów piaty oraz w barwie, nadajacej jej swo- isty i oryginalny wyglad przeznaczony do odtwarzania w pro- dukcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonych ry-surmacn, na których Fig.1 przedstawia plate w widoku z góry, Fig.2 spód piaty a Fig.3 ksztaltowy zarys piaty w widoku z boku. Plata wedlug wzoru w obrysie ma ksztalt bryly o zarysie trapezu. Górna powierzchnia ksztaltowego profilu aluminiowego korpusu piaty _1 posiada profilowane zaglebie- nie 2 polipropylenowych zawiasów 2 umieszczonych syme- trycznie w jej srodkowej czesci z hakiem 3. i polipropyle- nowa tulejka 4 zawierajaca zatrzask kulkowy j? i sprezyne 6. Dolna powierzchnia ksztaltowego profilu aluminiowego korpusu piaty posiada paski tasmy samoszczepnej 7. Krótsze boki ksztaltowego profilu korpusu piaty posiadaja polipro- pylenowe nakladki ochronne 8, natomiast zewnetrzne krawe- dzie _10 korpusu piaty sa zaokraglone. PL PLThe right of registration for an ornamental design is valid from February 4, 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a plate, particularly for cleaning smooth horizontal and vertical surfaces, both dry and wet. The essence of the design is a new form of the plate, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in the shape, as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of the individual elements of the plate, and in the color, giving it a specific and original appearance intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the plate from above, Fig. 2 the underside of the plate, and Fig. 3 the contour outline of the plate from a side view. According to the design, the plate has a trapezoidal shape. The upper surface of the aluminum profile of the fifth body _1 has a profiled recess with two polypropylene hinges 2 placed symmetrically in its central part with a hook 3 and a polypropylene sleeve 4 containing a ball latch j and a spring 6. The lower surface of the aluminum profile of the fifth body has strips of self-adhesive tape 7. The shorter sides of the aluminum profile of the fifth body have polypropylene protective covers 8, while the outer edges _10 of the fifth body are rounded.

1. Plata, especially for dry and wet cleaning of smooth horizontal and vertical surfaces, made of aluminum and polypropylene, characterized in that the outline of the fifth body / _1 / has the shape of a block with a trapezoidal outline, the shorter sides of which are alternately ended are protective caps / 8 /, while the upper surface of the shaped body of the fifth / 1 / contains a profiled recess / 9 / for hinges / 2 / symmetrically located in the middle part with a hook / 3 / and a sleeve / 4 / with a ball latch / 5 / and a spring / 6 / as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1.

2. A board according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom surface of the sand body / 1 / has self-adhesive tape strips / 7 /, as shown in the attached Fig. 2.
