The subject of the industrial design is a sliding door profile strip used as a finishing element for the edge of sliding doors, simultaneously acting as a handle enabling the door to slide. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the strip, according to the solution, manifests itself in its shape, surface properties, and decorative elements. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, showing the strip in a perspective view. Among the features of the industrial design are that the sliding door profile strip, according to the solution, is preferably made of metal and covered with a protective layer. The color of the protective layer, which determines the strip's aesthetic, can be freely selected to suit individual needs. The profile strip, in accordance with the industrial design shown in the drawing, has a cross-section in the form of a closed circuit bounded by wall 1 with a recess 2 with an outline similar to the letter ft. Wall 1 transitions into an upwardly rising, arched wall 3, which connects to a semicircular profile whose upper edge 5 is elongated relative to the lower edge 6 and is also thickened. Lower edge 6 is connected to wall 7, bent twice at a right angle. Between wall 7 and horizontal wall 8, a recess 9 with an outline similar to the letter O is created, extending the entire length of the profile strip. Recesses 2 and 9 are intended for mounting brushes, fender brushes, and dust brushes.
