Obejma prezentowana na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, oraz fotografii fig. 7 stanowi listwe metalowa podzielona niesymetrycznie w ksztalt ceownika, majaca otwory przelotowe, której powierzchnia jest uksztaltowana tak, jakby byla kuta. Powierzchnia obejmy w odmianie jest uformowana tak jakby byla nakrapiana metalem, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig 4, fig. 5 i fig. 6. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the clamp, manifesting itself in characteristic plastic effects resulting from the surface form. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the clamp from above; Fig. 2 shows the clamp from a side view; Fig. 3 shows the front of the clamp; Fig. 4 shows the metal-speckled clamp from above; Fig. 5 shows the metal-speckled clamp from a side view; Fig. 6 shows the front of the metal-speckled clamp; and in the attached photograph, where Fig. 7 shows a general view of the clamp used on the chair backrest. The clamp is characterized by having a generally rectangular, U-shaped strip with a specially shaped surface. The clamp shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and the photograph Fig. 7 is a metal strip divided asymmetrically into a channel shape, having through holes, the surface of which is shaped as if it were forged. The surface of the clamp in a variant is formed as if it were speckled with metal, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6.
