Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zawias meblowy, przeznaczony do laczenia elementów mebla. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac zawiasa, zwlaszcza do mebli przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach pla- stycznych wynikajacych z jego ksztaltu i formy powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym ry- sunku, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono zawias w widoku z góry, na fig. 2 za- wias w widoku z boku oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 3 przed- stawiono zawias w widoku z przodu zamontowany na mebla i fig. 4 na której przedstawiono zawias meblowy w odmianie w widoku ogólnym. Zawias meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zarys prostokatnej li- stwy o powierzchni uksztaltowanej w szczególny sposób, podzielonej na dwie nierówne czesci i z jednej strony zakonczonej stylizowana lilijka. Zawias prezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz foto- grafii fig. 3 i fig. 4 stanowi listwe metalowa podzielona niesymetrycznie na dwie czesci w stosunku 2:3 elementem umozliwiajacym zginanie sie zawia- sa, majaca otwory przelotowe i zakonczona stylizowana lilijka, zas po- wierzchnia zawiasa jest uksztaltowana tak, jakby byla kuta. Powierzchnia zawiasa w odmianie jest uformowana tak jakby byla na- krapiana metalem, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 4. Korzystne jest stosowanie wobec zawiasa technik postarzajacych i pa- tynowania.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the hinge, especially for furniture, which is manifested in characteristic plastic effects resulting from its shape and surface form. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the hinge in a plan view, in Fig. 2 the hinge in a side view and in the enclosed photo, where Fig. 3 shows the hinge in a view. mounted on a piece of furniture at the front and Fig. 4 which shows a variant of the furniture hinge in a general view. The furniture hinge is characterized by the outline of a rectangular strip with a specially shaped surface, divided into two unequal parts and on one side ending with a stylized lily. The hinge shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, and the photo of Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, is a metal strip, asymmetrically divided into two parts in a 2: 3 ratio, an element enabling the hinge to bend, having through holes and finished with a stylized a lily, while the hinge surface is shaped as if it were forged. The surface of the hinge in a variant is formed as if it were sprinkled with metal, as shown in the attached photo of Fig. 4. It is advantageous to use aging and patinating techniques for the hinge. Relevant features of the industrial design 1. Furniture hinge characterized by the fact that it is a metal strip asymmetrically divided into two parts in a ratio of 2: 3 by means of allowing the hinge to bend, having through holes and a stylized lily at the end, and the hinge surface is shaped as if it had been forged. 2.
