The clamp exhibits novelty and originality in terms of the new shape of the front surface, its ends, the mounting hole, and the shape of the pedestal and base. Clamps, also known as fittings, are known primarily from utility models, patents, and applications. The fitting disclosed in Polish patent application P.351830 is partially similar in shape to the clamp based on the industrial design. The frontal view of the clamp resembles a square with an oval opening, with smooth side edges and terminating top and bottom edges. The ends are separated by gaps, with the gap at the bottom edge being slightly wider. The ends have toothed protrusions. From the lower gap, a pedestal is drawn out with narrow semicircles, entering the narrow base with a delicate radius. The buckle in a side view has a shape similar to the letter "L", and the upper and lower ends have a shape similar to the letters "U" and "V", placed with bulges towards each other on slightly extended arms. From the bulges there are toothed projections. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the buckle in a frontal view, Fig. 2 shows the buckle in a side view. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The buckle in a frontal view has: - a shape similar to a square; - the square has an oval hole; - the square has smooth side edges; - the square has ends on the upper and lower edges; - the ends have toothed projections; - the ends are separated by gaps; - the lower gap is slightly wider; - a pedestal is led out from the gap in the lower ends in narrow semicircles; - the pedestal enters the base with a slight radius; as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1; 2. The clamp in a side view has: - a shape similar to the letter "L"*; - the upper and lower ends have a shape similar to the letter "U"; - the upper and lower ends have a shape similar to the letter "V"; - the upper and lower ends are located on slightly extended arms; - the upper and lower ends are located with bulges towards each other; - the bulges have toothed projections; as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2.
