Znane sa klamry, zwane tez okuciami, glównie ze wzorów uzytkowych i patentów oraz zgloszen. Czesciowo zblizone w ksztalcie do klamry wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest okucie ujawnione w polskim zgloszeniu wynalazku P.351830. Klamra w widoku czolowym ma ksztalt zblizony do kwadratu z owalnym otworem, w którym boczne krawedzie sa gladkie, zas krawedzie górna i dolna maja zakonczenia. Zakonczenia rozdzielone sa przerwami, przy czym przerwa na krawedzi dolnej jest nieco szersza. Z zakonczenia maja zebate wystepy. Z przerwy dolnej, waskimi pólkolami wyprowadzony jest postument, delikatnym promieniem wchodzacy w waska podstawe.Klamra w widoku bocznym ma ksztalt zblizony do liteiy „L", a zakonczenia, górne i dolne, maja ksztalt zblizony do liter „U* i „V, ulokowanych wybrzuszeniami ku sobie na lekko wysunietych ramionach. Z wybrzuszen wyprowadzone sa zebate wystepy. The clamp has new and original features in terms of the new shape of the front surface, its ends, the mounting hole, and the shape of the pedestal with the base. Buckles, also called fittings, are known mainly from utility models, patents and applications. The fitting disclosed in the Polish invention application P.351830 is partially similar in shape to the buckle according to the industrial design. In the frontal view, the buckle has a shape close to a square with an oval hole in which the side edges are smooth and the upper and lower edges have ends. The ends are separated by gaps, with the gap at the bottom edge being slightly wider. They have some crazy endings at the end. From the lower gap, a pedestal extends in narrow semicircles, with a delicate radius entering the narrow base. In the side view, the buckle has a shape similar to the letter "L", and the upper and lower ends have a shape similar to the letters "U* and "V", located bulges towards each other on slightly extended arms. The bulges have toothed protrusions. The object of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the buckle in a frontal view, Fig. 2 shows the buckle in a side view. Essential features of the industrial design 1. Buckle in the frontal view it has: - a shape similar to a square; - the square has an oval hole; - the square has smooth side edges; - the square has ends on the upper and lower edges; - the ends have toothed protrusions; - the ends are separated by gaps; - a bottom gap it is slightly wider; - a pedestal extends from the gap in the lower ends in narrow semicircles; - the pedestal extends into the base with a gentle radius; as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1; 2.
