UCHWYT MEBLOWY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania drzwi meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z kolorystyki i szczególnych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych wynikajacych z ksztaltu uchwytu oraz polaczenia z meblem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono uchwyt z rozlaczonymi elementami skladowymi w odmianie z ciemnymi stopami, na fig. 2 przedstawiono uchwyt w odmianie z jasnymi stopami widoku z boku, na fig. 3 uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym z góry od strony gdzie stopy stykaja sie z podlozem. Uchwyt meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z boku jako calosc ma ksztalt zblizony do plaskiego, dwukolorowego graniastoslupa w formie litery „C". Uchwyt meblowy przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1 do fig. 3 ma monolityczny metaliczny korpus w ksztalcie graniastoslupa o przekroju podstawy zblizonym do kwadratu spoczywajacym na dwóch stopach w ksztalcie splaszczonych form przestrzennych w ksztalcie liter „L" o grubosci odpowiadajacej grubosci korpusu uchwytu, z tym, ze korpus spoczywa na dluzszych elementach liter „L", których plaszczyzny z kolei lacza sie z podlozem za pomoca srub spelniajacych jednoczesnie role zespalajaca poszczególne czesci uchwytu w calosc, zas krótsze elementy liter „L" sa dlugosci identycznej z gruboscia korpusu uchwytu.Uchwyt moze wystepowac w róznych odmianach kolorystycznych, to jest korpus moze miec rózne odcienie metalu od srebrzystego do ciemno, zas stopy uchwytu rózne kolory drewna - jasnego i ciemnego, jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1 do fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's original form, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from the color scheme and the specific decorative and functional effects resulting from the handle's shape and connection with the furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the handle with separated components in a variant with dark feet; Fig. 2 shows the handle in a side view with light feet; and Fig. 3 shows the handle in a perspective view from above, from the side where the feet contact the ground. The furniture handle is characterized by the fact that, in a side view, its overall shape resembles a flat, two-color prism in the form of the letter "C." The furniture handle shown in the attached photograph from Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 has a monolithic metallic body in the shape of a prism with a base cross-section close to a square resting on two feet in the shape of flattened spatial forms in the shape of the letter "L" with a thickness corresponding to the thickness of the handle body, but the body rests on the longer elements of the letters "L", the surfaces of which in turn are connected to the ground by means of screws that simultaneously fulfill the role of connecting the individual parts of the handle into a whole, while the shorter elements of the letters "L" are of the same length as the thickness of the handle body. The handle can be available in various color varieties, i.e. the body can have different shades of metal from silver to dark, while the feet of the handle can have different colors of wood - light and dark, as shown in the attached photograph. The furniture handle is characterized in that it has a monolithic metallic body in the shape of a prism with a base cross-section close to a square resting on two feet in the shape of flattened spatial forms in the shape of a solid "L" with a thickness corresponding to the thickness of the handle body, while the body rests on the longer elements of the letters "L", the planes of which in turn are connected to the ground by means of screws that simultaneously fulfill the role of joining the individual parts of the handle into a whole, while the shorter elements of the letters "L" are of the length identical to the thickness of the handle body, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1 to Fig. 3. 2.
