UCHWYT MEBLOWY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania drzwi meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac elementu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z kolorystyki i charak- terystycznych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych wynikajacych z ksztaltu uchwytu oraz polaczenia z meblem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono uchwyt w widoku ogólnym z korpusem w jasnym odcie- niu, na fig. 2 przedstawiono uchwyt w widoku ogólnym z rozlaczonymi elementami skladowymi w odmianie z ciemniejszym korpusem. Uchwyt meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z boku jako calosc ma ksztalt zblizony do graniastoslupa z lukowatym przeswitem. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the element, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from the color scheme and characteristic decorative and functional effects resulting from the shape of the handle and its connection with the furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows a general view of the handle with a light-colored body, and Fig. 2 shows a general view of the handle with separated components in a variant with a darker body. The furniture handle is characterized by a side view, as a whole, resembling a prism with an arched opening. The furniture handle shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has a monolithic body which is a closed profile in the shape of a prism with a rectangular base, the longer side of which rests on the foot of the handle has an arc-shaped concavity in the middle part creating a clearance between these elements, while the foot of the handle is a silver closed profile in the shape of a prism with a length equal to the length of the body and a base having a shape close to a square, wherein the screws connecting the handle with the base fulfill the role of joining the elements of the handle into a whole. The handle can be available in variants with a light and dark body, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Essential features of the industrial design 1.
