UCHWYT MEBLOWY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania drzwi meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z kolorystyki i szcze- gólnych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych wynikajacych z ksztaltu uchwytu oraz pola- czenia z meblem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono uchwyt maly ciemniejszy i duzy jasniejszy w widoku z boku, na fig. 2 - przedstawiono uchwyt maly ciemniejszy i duzy jasniejszy w widoku z boku z rozlaczonymi elementami skladowymi, na fig. 3 - uchwyt w odmianie kolory- stycznej i na fig. 4 uchwyt w odmianie kolorystycznej. Uchwyt meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z boku jako calosc ma ksztalt zblizony do plaskiego, dwukolorowego grani astoslupa. Uchwyt meblowy przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1 do fig. 4 ma monolityczny drewniany lub drewnopodobny korpus w ksztalcie zblizonym do litery „C" wewnatrz którego znajduje sie przystajaca odpowiednio metaliczna stopa tworzac z korpusem jednolita bryle, przy czym sruby laczace uchwyt z podlozem jednoczesnie spelniaja role zespalajaca detale uchwytu w calosc. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's original form, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from the color scheme and the specific decorative and functional effects resulting from the handle's shape and connection with the furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows a side view of a small, darker handle and a large, lighter handle; Fig. 2 shows a side view of a small, darker handle and a large, lighter handle with separated components; Fig. 3 shows the handle in a color variant; and Fig. 4 shows the handle in a color variant. The furniture handle is characterized by the fact that, when viewed from the side, it has a shape similar to a flat, two-colored astro-column ridge. The furniture handle shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, has a monolithic wooden or wood-like body in a shape similar to the letter "C", inside which there is a corresponding metallic foot, creating a uniform body with the body, while the screws connecting the handle to the base also fulfill the role of joining the handle details into a whole. The handle may be larger or smaller, as shown in the attached photograph from Fig. 1 to Fig. 4. The handle may be available in different color variations, i.e. the body may have different wood colors from light to black, while the feet may have metal shades from silver to dark gold, as shown in the attached photograph from Fig. 1 to Fig. 4. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN 1. The furniture handle is characterized in that it has a monolithic wooden or wood-like body in the shape similar to the letter "C", inside which there is a corresponding foot, creating a uniform body with the body, while the screws connecting the handle to the ground simultaneously fulfill the role of joining the details of the handle into a whole, as shown in the attached photograph from fig. 1 to fig. 4. 2.
