UCHWYT MEBLOWY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczo- ny do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania ruchomych elementów mebli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu prze- jawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych, kompozycji ksztaltu, kolorystyki a takze polaczenia uchwytu z meblem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej foto- grafii gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, na fig. 2 - uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu. CECH Y ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO Uchwyt meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest kompozycja dwóch profili kolistych, z których jeden stanowi podstawe w ksztalcie stozkowatej tulei, zwróconej mniejsza srednica ku podlozu, zaopatrzonej w symetrycznie i na- przeciwlegle ulozone stopy o trójkatnym przekroju oraz nalozonego na pod- stawe kolistego pierscienia, którego wewnetrzna srednica jest równa ze- wnetrznej srednicy podstawy i zaopatrzonego w kolnierz skierowany ku pod- lozu tak, ze oslania czesc podstawy, jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig 1 i fig- 2Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLFURNITURE HANDLE The industrial design is for a furniture handle designed to assist in opening and closing movable furniture components. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's original form, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from its decorative and functional aspects, shape composition, color scheme, and the connection between the handle and the furniture. The industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the handle in a perspective view from above, and Fig. 2 shows the handle in a perspective view from below. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN The furniture handle is characterized by the fact that it is a composition of two circular profiles, one of which constitutes a base in the shape of a conical sleeve, with its smaller diameter turned towards the ground, provided with symmetrically and oppositely arranged feet with a triangular cross-section and a circular ring placed on the base, the inner diameter of which is equal to the outer diameter of the base and provided with a collar directed towards the ground so that it covers part of the base, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL
