Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania drzwi meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z ksztaltu, wygladu powierzchni, a zwlaszcza wynikajacych z polaczenia z meblem. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's original form, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from its shape, surface appearance, and, in particular, from its connection with the furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a furniture handle in a top view, fig. 2 shows the handle in a side view and in the attached photograph, in which fig. 3 shows a silver furniture handle with silver decorations in a perspective view from above and below, fig. 4 shows a silver handle in a view from the inside, fig. 5 shows a silver handle in a perspective view with light brown wood-like decorations, fig. 6 shows a silver handle with silver decorations in a perspective view, fig. 7 shows a golden handle in a side view, fig. S - a golden handle in a perspective view with light brown wood-like decorations, fig. 9 - a golden handle with brown wood-like decorations and fig. 10 - showing a top view of an example set of handles. The furniture handle is characterized by its side view resembling a bow, which was a medieval warrior's weapon. The furniture handle shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, and in photographs, Fig. 3 to 10, is a multi-element spatial form with rounded edges, with the body of the handle being formed from a single detail, which, when viewed from above, resembles a rectangle with rounded corners, gently narrowing in the middle, and in the horizontal sections on the inner side equipped with small elements - feet facilitating connection with the ground, while on the outer side, above the feet, it has decorative elements in the shape of stylized isosceles triangles with sharp angles turned towards each other. The furniture handle may have different colored bodies, for example silver or gold, as shown in the attached photograph fig. 3 to fig. 10. The furniture handle may have a silver body and silver decorations, as shown in the attached photograph fig. 3, fig. 6 and fig. 10. The furniture handle may have a silver body and brown, wood-like decorations, as shown in the attached photograph fig. 10.
