Zestaw klamek drzwiowych Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw klamek drzwiowych. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac zestawu, przejawiajaca sie w uksztaltowaniu elementów sklado- wych. Zestaw wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z klamek wewnetrznej i zewnetrznej polaczonych trzpieniem oraz dwóch nakladek oslaniajacych - maskujacych otwory.Klamka wewnetrzna i zewnetrzna posiada ksztalt zblizony do duzej litery *L" o zaokraglonych wszystkich krawedziach, przy czym krótsze ramie lite- ry stanowi trzon mocujacy a dluzsze czesc chwytowa. Trzon mocujacy ma ksztalt zblizony do walca ukosnie scietego, w którego w podstawie dolnej znajduje sie osiowy otwór, a od strony wewnetrznej laczy sie ze spodnia czescia chwytowa poprzez powierzchnie, która w widoku z boku, tworzy z nia krzywa zblizona do paraboli o lekko zalamanym swobodnym koncu. Boczne powierzchnie trzonu mocujacego od ok. 1/2 jego wysokosci oraz na polowie dlugosci sa obustronnie splaszczone, a w widoku z boku, maja ksztalt zblizony do trójkata prostokatnego i przechodza w plaskie waskie powierzchnie boczne czesci chwytowej. Ukosnie scieta na zewnatrz pod- stawa górna laczy sie z powierzchnia górna czesci chwytowej, majaca wy- konane na obydwu koncach póleliptyczne splaszczenie, które na swobod- nym koncu znajduje sie równiez po jego czesci spodniej. Powierzchnie górna i spodnia posiadaja ksztalt poprzecznie lekko wypukly w stosunku do dlugosci. Nakladke oslaniajaca wedlug wzoru stanowi pokrywa o ksztalcie prostopa- dlosciennym bez sciany tylnej i o zaokraglonych wszystkich krawedziach, która na ok.2/3 wysokosci ma wykonany w powierzchni sciany czolowej przelotowy otwór centralny o lekko wzniesionym obrzezu, a powyzej i po- nizej znajduja wypukle wytloczenia o ksztalcie wycinka pierscienia kolo- wego. Ponad otworem centralnym i wytloczeniem znajduje sie element graficzny w postaci prostokatnej ramki z umieszczona wewnatrz duza litera „W. W dolnej czesci sciany czolowej znajduje sie szczelina, której krawedzie po jednej stronie maja ksztalt niepelnego kola, zas jej konce pionowo prze- chodza w wydluzony owal. W scianie czolowej jednej nakladki w jej czesci górnej, ponizej otworu centralnego i w czesci dolnej ponizej szczeliny sa wykonane trzy male stozkowe otwory, którym po stronie wewnetrznej odpowiadaja walcowe wypusty.W zestawie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego klamki i nakladki sa wykonane z aluminium pokrytego powloka. The industrial design constitutes a new and unique form of the set, manifested in the shape of its component elements. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which photo 1 shows a perspective view of the set from the top and side, fig. 1. 1 shows a perspective view of the set from the side, fig. 1.2 shows a front view of the two-piece covering cover, fig. 1.3 shows a perspective view of the door handle from the top and side, and fig. 1.4 shows a rear view of the upper part of the door handle set. The set, according to the industrial design, consists of inner and outer handles connected by a pin and two covering covers - masking the holes. The inner and outer handles have a shape similar to the capital letter *L" with all rounded edges, where the shorter arm of the letter constitutes the mounting shaft and the longer one is the gripping part. The mounting shaft has a shape similar to a diagonally cut cylinder, in which there is an axial hole in the lower base, and from the inner side it is connected to the lower gripping part through a surface which, in a side view, forms with it a curve close to a parabola with a slightly bent free end. The lateral surfaces of the mounting shaft from approx. 1/2 of its height and half of its length are double-sided. Flattened, and in side view, they have a shape similar to a right-angled triangle and merge into the flat, narrow side surfaces of the gripping part. The upper base, cut obliquely outward, connects to the upper surface of the gripping part, which has a semi-elliptical flattening at both ends, which is also found on its underside at the free end. The upper and lower surfaces have a transversely slightly convex shape in relation to their length. The protective cover, according to the pattern, is a cuboidal cover without a back wall and with all edges rounded. At approximately 2/3 of its height, the front wall has a through central opening with a slightly raised rim, and above and below are convex, sector-shaped embossments. A circular ring is placed above the central hole and the embossing. There is a graphic element in the form of a rectangular frame with a capital letter "W" inside. In the lower part of the front wall there is a slot, the edges of which on one side have the shape of an incomplete circle, while its ends vertically change into an elongated oval. In the front wall of one cover, in its upper part, below the central hole and in the lower part below the slot, there are three small conical holes, to which cylindrical projections correspond on the inner side. In the set according to the industrial design, the handles and covers are made of coated aluminum. An important feature of the set of door handles according to the industrial design is that: - the inner and outer handles included in it have a shape similar to the capital letter "L" with All edges are rounded, with the shorter arm of the letter constituting the mounting shaft and the longer arm constituting the gripping part. - The mounting shaft has a shape similar to a diagonally cut cylinder, and on the inner side it connects to the underside of the gripping part via a surface that, in a side view, forms a curve close to a parabola with a slightly broken free end. - The side surfaces of the mounting shaft from approximately 1/2 of its height and along half of its length are flattened on both sides, and in a side view, they have a shape similar to a right-angled triangle and merge into the flat, narrow side surfaces of the gripping part. - The upper surface of the gripping part has a semi-elliptical flattening on both ends, which is also found on its underside at the free end. - the upper and lower surfaces have a slightly convex transverse shape in relation to their length. - each overlay is a cuboidal cover without a back wall and with all edges rounded. At approximately 2/3 of its height, the front wall has a through central opening with a slightly raised rim, and above and below are convex embossings in the shape of a segment of a circular ring. - above the central opening and the embossing, there is a graphic element in the form of a rectangular frame with a large letter "W" inside. - in the lower part of the front wall, there is a slot, the edges of which on one side are in the shape of a partial circle, while its ends vertically merge into an elongated oval. - in the front wall of one cover, in its upper part, below the central hole and in the lower part below the slot, there are three small conical holes, which correspond to cylindrical splines on the inner side.
