Wieszak domowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wieszak domowy, wykonany z metalu lub z tworzywa sztucznego. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z tego ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na których fig.l przedstawia wieszak domowy w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu z przodu i z boku, fig.2- ten sam wieszak w widoku z przodu, a fig. 3- ten sam wieszak w widoku z boku. Wieszak domowy stanowi element o ksztalcie zblizonym do walcowego, którego dolna czesc zakrzywiona jest w ksztalt zblizony do ucha z zaokraglonym koncem, a górna znacznie dluzsza czesc polaczona lagodnym promieniem z czescia dolna wygieta jest lagodnym promieniem do przodu i skierowana ku górze, zas jej koniec zaopatrzony jest w element kulisty, przy czym tylna czesc elementu walcowego na wygietym uchu posiada wystep w ksztalcie splaszczonego prostopadloscianu z zaokraglonymi krawedziami, stanowiacy uchwyt wieszaka, a calosc stanowi jedna monolityczna bryle. The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in its shape and the resulting artistic effects. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and drawings, where Fig. 1 shows the household hanger in perspective, from the front and side, Fig. 2 shows the same hanger from the front, and Fig. 3 shows the same hanger from the side. A household hanger is an element of a cylindrical shape, the lower part of which is curved into a shape similar to an ear with a rounded end, and the upper, much longer part is connected by a gentle radius to the lower part, bent with a gentle radius forward and directed upwards, and its end is provided with a spherical element, while the rear part of the cylindrical element on the bent ear has a protrusion in the shape of a flattened cuboid with rounded edges, constituting the hanger's handle, and the whole constitutes one monolithic block.
