Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt czteroramienny, stosowany do sterowania armatura wodna, zwlaszcza bateriami lazienkowymi i kuchennymi. Uchwyt czteroramienny przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania korpusu uchwytu oraz ksztaltu i miejsca ulokowania ramion w korpusie uchwytu. Znane sa powszechnie jako standard uchwyty czteroramienne, których ksztalt przybiera bardzo rózne formy. Najbardziej zblizone do uchwytu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt o cylindrycznym korpusie oraz symetrycznie ulokowanymi w nim ramionami o ksztalcie stozkowatym i zaokraglonych koncówkach. Uchwyt wedlug wzoru uzytkowego ma czesc czolowa korpusu, o pewnej wysokosci, która ma przekrój kwadratowym, a od czola ma usytuowana faze. W kazdym boku kwadratowej czesci korpusu uchwytu czteroramiennego, ulokowane sa asymetrycznie ramiona uchwytu.Ramiona uchwytu maja przekrój okragly i na koncu sa zakonczone lagodnym lukiem. The four-arm handle exhibits novelty and originality in terms of the new shape of the handle body and the shape and location of the arms within the handle body. Four-arm handles are commonly known as standard handles, which come in a wide variety of shapes. The handle most closely resembles the handle according to the industrial design, with a cylindrical body and symmetrically arranged conical arms with rounded ends. The handle according to the utility model has a frontal part of the body, of a certain height, with a square cross-section and a chamfer at the front. Each side of the square part of the four-arm handle body contains asymmetrically arranged arms. The arms have a circular cross-section and terminate in a gentle arc. The utility model is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the four-arm handle in a side view, and Fig. 2 shows the four-arm handle in a frontal view. The essential features of the industrial design of the four-arm handle shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 are characterized by the following: - the front part of the handle body has a square cross-section; - the front square part of the handle body has a chamfer on its frontal side; - the arms of the handle are asymmetrically arranged in each side of the square frontal part of the handle body; - the arms of the handle have a circular cross-section; - the arms terminate in a gentle arc.
