Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt, stosowany do sterowania armatura wodna, zwlaszcza bateriami lazienkowymi i kuchennymi. Uchwyt przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania dzwigni uchwytu i jej ramion oraz ksztaltu piasty uchwytu na której dzwignia jest ulokowana. Znane sa powszechnie, jako standard, uchwyty czteroramienne, których ksztalt przybiera bardzo rózne formy. Uchwyt wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nie posiada zblizonych odpowiedników i w swej formie stanowi rozwiazanie awangardowe. Uchwyt ma postac czterostopniowej kolumny o przekroju okraglym, przy czym dwie pierwsze, dolne stopnie kolumny maja duza srednice i mala wysokosc, zas dwa nastepne stopnie maja mala srednice i wieksza wysokosc. Na szczycie kolumny, prostopadle do jej osi, ulokowana jest asymetrycznie dzwignia sterujaca. Dzwignia ma przekrój okragly, a w widoku bocznym jej dluzsze ramie jest lekkim lukiem skierowane ku dolowi.Dzwignia ma zakonczenia sciete pod katem ostrym, przy czym krótsze ramie ma sciecie skierowane ku górze, zas dluzsze ramie ma sciecie skierowane ku dolowi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt w widoku aksonometrycznym, a fig.2 uchwyt w widoku bocznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - kolumna uchwytu jest czterostopniowa; - dwa pierwsze, dolne stopnie kolumny maja duza srednice i mala wysokosc; - dwa wyzsze stopnie maja mala srednice i wieksza wysokosc; - szczyt kolumny zwienczony jest prostopadla dzwignia sterujaca; - dzwignia ulokowana jest asymetrycznie; - dzwignia ma przekrój okragly; - dluzsze rame dzwigni jest skierowane ku dolowi lekkim lukiem; - dzwignia zakonczona jest scieciami pod katem ostrym; - sciecie na krótszym ramieniu dzwigni skierowane jest ku górze; - sciecie na dluzszym ramieniu dzwigni skierowane jest ku dolowi.Fig. 1 Fig.2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a handle used to control water fittings, particularly bathroom and kitchen faucets. The handle exhibits novelty and originality in the new shape of the lever and its arms, as well as the shape of the handle hub on which the lever is located. Four-arm handles are commonly known as standard, and their shapes vary widely. The handle according to the industrial design has no similar equivalents and represents an avant-garde solution in its form. The handle is in the form of a four-tiered column with a circular cross-section, with the first two, lower steps of the column having a large diameter and low height, while the next two steps have a small diameter and greater height. At the top of the column, perpendicular to its axis, the control lever is asymmetrically located. The lever has a circular cross-section, and in a side view, its longer arm is a slight arc pointing downward. The lever has ends cut at an acute angle, with the shorter arm having a bevel pointing upwards and the longer arm having a bevel pointing downwards. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the handle in an axonometric view, and Fig. 2 shows the handle in a side view. Essential features of the industrial design The handle shown in the attached drawing is characterized by the following: - the handle column has four stages; - the first two, lower stages of the column have a large diameter and small height; - the two upper stages have a small diameter and greater height; - the top of the column is topped with a perpendicular control lever; - the lever is located asymmetrically; - the lever has a circular cross-section; - the longer lever arm is directed downwards with a slight arc; - the lever ends with bevels at an acute angle; - the bevel on the shorter lever arm is directed upwards; - the bevel on the longer lever arm is directed downwards.Fig. 1 Fig.2 PL PL PL
