Bateria Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bateria stosowana do umywalek i zlewozmywaków, montowana na ich górnej powierzchni. Bateria przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania i wzajemnego polozenia elementów skladowych. Bateria nie znajduje odpowiedników wsród znanych rozwiazan, stanowi wiec awangardowa forme plastyczna w tej dziedzinie wzornictwa przemyslowego. Bateria ma postac odwróconej litery „U", z lekko wydluzonym i pogrubionym jednym ramieniem. Pogrubienie zakonczone jest prostopadlym, ramieniem, na którym ulokowany jest uchwyt sterujacy baterii. Od góry ramie ma srednice równa srednicy baterii, a od dolu srednice równa srednicy pogrubienia. Na koncu drugiego ramienia bateria ma pogrubienie w ksztalcie dzwonu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia baterie w widokubocznym, fig.2 baterie w widoku czolowym, a fig.3 baterie w rzucie aksonometrycznym. The faucet exhibits novelty and originality in its new shape and arrangement of components. The faucet has no equivalents among existing solutions, thus representing an avant-garde artistic form in this field of industrial design. The faucet is shaped like an inverted "U," with one arm slightly elongated and thickened. The thickening terminates in a perpendicular arm, which houses the faucet's control handle. At the top, the arm has a diameter equal to the diameter of the faucet, and at the bottom, a diameter equal to the diameter of the thickening. At the end of the other arm, the faucet has a bell-shaped thickening. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the battery in a side view, Fig. 2 shows the battery in a front view, and Fig. 3 shows the battery in an axonometric projection. Essential features of the industrial design The battery according to the industrial design is characterized by the following: - the battery has the shape of an inverted "U" letter; - one of the arms of the battery is slightly elongated; - the elongated arm is slightly thickened; - the thickening ends with a perpendicular arm; - the upper arm has a diameter equal to the diameter of the battery; - the lower arm has a diameter equal to the diameter of the thickening; - the arm has a control handle for the battery; - the other arm has a bell-shaped thickening.
