Nie sa znane baterie o podobnej formie zewnetrznej i sposobie usytuowania. Zatem baterie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowia calkowicie awangardowa forme plastyczna w tej dziedzinie wzornictwa przemyslowego. Baterie maja cylindryczny korpus z ulokowanym na jednym z konców cylindrycznym uchwytem sterujacym z prostopadlym drazkiem. Baterie sa mocowane do sciany na okraglych rozetach. W centralnym punkcie korpusu baterie maja albo wylewke z lekko zagietym koncem, zakonczonym napowietrzaczem albo cylindryczny króciec. Wylewka, od góry, uchwyt przelacznika w ksztalcie grzybka, zas wylewka i cylindryczny króciec, od dolu, maja przylaczony waz natrysku.Natrysk ma cylindryczny ksztalt i jest ulokowany w uchwycie skladajacym sie z dwóch, prostopadle do siebie ulokowanych cylindrów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 przedstawia baterie wannowa w rzucie aksonometfycznym, a fig.2 baterie natryskowa w rzucie aksonometrycznym. The bathroom faucets demonstrate novelty and originality in the new design of individual faucet elements. No faucets with a similar external form or arrangement are known. Therefore, the faucets designed according to the industrial design represent a completely avant-garde artistic form in this field of industrial design. The faucets have a cylindrical body with a cylindrical control handle with a perpendicular rod located at one end. The faucets are mounted to the wall on circular rosettes. At the center of the body, the faucets have either a spout with a slightly curved end, terminating in an aerator, or a cylindrical nozzle. The spout, at the top, has a mushroom-shaped switch handle, while the spout and cylindrical connector, at the bottom, have a shower hose connected. The shower head has a cylindrical shape and is located in a holder consisting of two cylinders placed perpendicularly to each other. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows a bathtub faucet in an axonometric view, and Fig. 2 shows a shower faucet in an axonometric view. Essential features of the industrial design The set of bathroom faucets according to the industrial design are characterized by the following: - they have a cylindrical body with a cylindrical control handle with a perpendicular rod located at one end, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2; - they are attached to the wall on round rosettes, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2; - in the central point of the body they have either a spout with a slightly curved end, terminating in an aerator, or a cylindrical nozzle, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2; - the spout has a mushroom-shaped switch handle at the top, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1; - the spout and the cylindrical nozzle have a shower hose connected at the bottom, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2; - the shower has a cylindrical shape and is located in a holder consisting of two cylinders placed perpendicularly to each other, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
