Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bateria stosowana do umywalek i zlewozmywaków, montowana na ich górnej powierzchni. Bateria przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania i wzajemnego polozenia elementów skladowych. Nie sa znane baterie o podobnej formie zewnetrznej i wzajemnym ich polozeniu. Zatem bateria wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi calkowicie awangardowa forme plastyczna w tej dziedzinie wzornictwa przemyslowego. Wszystkie elementy baterii, poza podstawa, maja postac róznej wielkosci walców. Korpus baterii ma dwie kolumny w postaci walców, posadowionych na podstawie o ksztalcie owalu, który jest przewezony w czesci srodkowej. Kolumny zakonczone sa prostopadlymi do ich osi uchwytami sterujacymi, w postaci walców. Kolumny polaczone sa ze soba, w górnej czesci, poprzeczkaw ksztalcie walca, z której wyprowadzona jest wylewka w ksztalcie walca, skierowana ku dolowi. Bateria w widoku bocznym tworzy figure zblizona do cyfry „1" Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na któiym fig.l przedstawia baterie w widoku czolowym, fig.2 baterie w widoku bocznym, fig.3 baterie w widoku z góry, a fig.4 baterie w rzucie aksonometrycznym. The faucet exhibits novelty and originality in its new shape and the relative positioning of its component elements. No faucets with a similar external form or relative positioning are known. Therefore, the faucet, as presented in the industrial design, represents a completely avant-garde artistic form in this field of industrial design. All faucet elements, except the base, are in the form of cylinders of various sizes. The faucet body consists of two cylindrical columns, mounted on an oval base, which is narrowed in the middle. The columns terminate in cylindrical control handles perpendicular to their axis. The columns are connected at the top by a cylindrical crossbar, from which a cylindrical spout extends, directed downward. The faucet in a side view forms a figure similar to the number "1". The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the faucet in a frontal view, fig. 2 the faucet in a side view, fig. 3 the faucet in a top view, and fig. 4 the faucet in an axonometric projection. Essential features of the industrial design The faucet shown in the attached drawing is characterized by the following: - the faucet body has two columns in the form of cylinders; - the columns are placed on a base; - the base is oval-shaped with a narrowing in the middle; - the columns are terminated with control handles perpendicular to its axis; - the control handles are in the form of cylinders; - the columns are connected by a crossbar in the form of a cylinder; - a spout in the shape of a cylinder extends from the crossbar, directed downwards; • - the faucet in a side view forms a figure similar to the number "1".Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL
