Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bateria stosowana do umywalek i zlewozmywaków, montowana na ich górnej powierzchni. Bateria przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania i wzajemnego polozenia elementów skladowych. Nie sa znane baterie o podobnej formie zewnetrznej i wzajemnym ich polozeniu. Zatem bateria wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi calkowicie awangardowa forme plastyczna w tej dziedzinie wzornictwa przemyslowego. W przewazajacej wiekszosci elementy baterii maja ksztalt róznej wielkosci walców. Korpus baterii ma postac równolegloscianu, z jednej strony przylegajacym do niego walcem. Z jednej strony korpusu, na jego walcowej czesci, ulokowana jest wylewka w postaci dwóch walców usytuowanych wzgledem siebie w ten sposób, ze w widoku bocznym tworza figure o ksztalcie cyfry „ 1". Z drugiej strony korpusu ulokowany jest uchwyt sterujacy w postaci scietego walca.Calosc baterii, w widoku bocznym tworzy figure zblizona do cyfry „1" z podstawa. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia baterie w widoku bocznym, fig.2 baterie w widoku czolowym, fig.3 baterie w rzucie aksonometiycznym, a fig.4 baterie w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Bateria przedstawiona na zalaczonym lysunku charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - krpus baterii ma postac równolegloscianu z przylegajacym don walcem; - jednej strony korpusu, na jego walcowej czesci ulokowana jest wylewka w postaci dwóch walców; - walce wylewki usytuowane sa wzgledem siebie w ten sposób, ze w widoku bocznym tworza figure o ksztalcie cyfry „1"; - z drugiej strony korpusu baterii ulokowany jest uchwyt sterujacy; - uchwyt sterujacy m a postac scietego walca; - kolumny polaczone sa poprzeczka w postaci walca; - bateria w widoku bocznym tworzy figure zblizona do cyfry „V z podstawa.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a faucet used in washbasins and sinks, mounted on their upper surface. The faucet exhibits novelty and originality in its new shape and the arrangement of its component elements. No faucets with a similar external form or arrangement are known. Therefore, the faucet, as presented in the industrial design, represents a completely avant-garde artistic form in this field of industrial design. The vast majority of faucet elements are shaped like cylinders of various sizes. The faucet body is a parallelepiped, with a cylinder adjoining it on one side. On one side of the body, on its cylindrical part, is a spout in the form of two cylinders arranged in such a way that, when viewed from the side, they form a figure in the shape of the number "1." On the other side of the body there is a control handle in the form of a truncated cylinder. The entire faucet, in a side view, forms a figure similar to the number "1" with a base. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the faucet in a side view, fig. 2 the faucet in a frontal view, fig. 3 the faucet in an axonometric projection, and fig. 4 the faucet in a top view. Essential features of the industrial design The faucet shown in the attached drawing is characterized by the following: - the faucet body has the form of a parallelepiped with an adjacent cylinder; - on one side of the body, on its cylindrical part, there is a spout in the form of two cylinders; - the spout cylinders are positioned relative to each other in such a way that in a side view they form a figure in the shape of the number "1"; - on the other side of the faucet body there is a control handle; - the control handle is in the form of a truncated cylinder; - the columns are connected by a crossbar in the form of a cylinder; - the battery in a side view forms a figure similar to the figure "V" with the base.
