Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bateria stosowana do umywalek i zlewozmywaków, montowana na ich górnej powierzchni. Bateria przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania i wzajemnego polozenia elementów skladowych. Bateria stanowi kontynuacje awangardowej formy plastycznej w tej dziedzinie wzornictwa przemyslowego, ujawniona w polskich wzorach przemyslowych nr 6873 i nr 6874. Wszystkie elementy, za wyjatkiem dwóch, baterii maja postac róznej wielkosci równolegloscianów, usytuowanych wzgledem siebie w ten sposób, ze zewnetrzne plaszczyzny obrysu baterii równiez tworza równolegloscian. Korpus baterii ma, widoku bocznym, postac prostokata, który jest polaczony, poprzez lacznik, z prostopadla do jego osi wylewka baterii, majaca równiez postac prostokata. W widoku czolowym korpus baterii i wylewka maja postac prostokatów, polaczonych lacznikiem, przy czym korpus baterii jest uzupelniony, od góry, wylewka baterii, zas z jednego boku uchwytemsterujacym baterii majacym, postac prostokata, takze polaczonego lacznikiem z korpusem baterii. Laczniki w przekroju poprzecznym maja postac kola. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia baterie w widoku czolowym, fig.2 baterie w widoku bocznym od strony z uchwytem sterujacym, fig.3 w widoku bocznym od strony bez uchwytu sterujacego a fig.4 baterie w rzucie aksonometiycznym. The faucet exhibits novelty and originality in its new shape and arrangement of components. The faucet represents a continuation of an avant-garde artistic form in this field of industrial design, disclosed in Polish industrial designs no. 6873 and no. 6874. All elements, except two, of the faucet are in the form of variously sized parallelepipeds, positioned relative to each other so that the external planes of the faucet's outline also form a parallelepiped. The faucet body, viewed from the side, is rectangular, connected via a connector to the faucet's spout, which is also rectangular and perpendicular to its axis. In the front view, the faucet body and spout are rectangles connected by a connector, with the faucet body being supplemented at the top by the faucet spout, and on one side by the faucet control handle, which is rectangular and also connected to the faucet body by a connector. The connectors, in cross-section, are circular. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the faucet in a front view, Fig. 2 the faucet in a side view from the side with the control handle, Fig. 3 in a side view from the side without the control handle, and Fig. 4 the faucet in an axonometric view.
