Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bateria stosowana do umywalek i zlewozmywaków, montowana na ich górnej powierzchni. Bateria przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania i wzajemnego polozenia elementów skladowych. Nie sa znane baterie o podobnej formie zewnetrznej i wzajemnym ich polozeniu. Zatem bateria wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi calkowicie awangardowa forme plastyczna w tej dziedzinie wzornictwa przemyslowego. Wszystkie elementy baterii maja postac róznej wielkosci równolegloscianów, usytuowanych wzgledem siebie w ten sposób, ze zewnetrzne plaszczyzny obrysu baterii równiez tworza rownolegloscian. Korpus baterii ma, widoku bocznym, postac prostokatów w który wnika, prostopadle do jego osi, wylewka majaca równiez postac prostokata. W widoku czolowym korpus baterii ma postac dwóch prostokatów, które z boku uzupelnione sa uchwytami sterujacymi two- rzac z jedne j strony odwrócona litere „L", a z drugiej strony jej zwiercia-dlane odbicie. U góiy i u dolu korpusy baterii polaczone sa prostokatnymi poprzeczkami, przy czym w górnej ulokowana jest wylewka. Wszystkie krawedzie równolegloscianów tworzacych baterie, sa lekko sfazowane. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia baterie w widoku bocznym, fig.2 baterie w widoku czolowym, a fig.3 baterie w rzucie aksonometiycznym. The faucet exhibits novelty and originality in its new shape and the relative arrangement of its components. No faucets with a similar external form or relative arrangement are known. Therefore, the faucet, as presented in the industrial design, represents a completely avant-garde artistic form in this field of industrial design. All faucet elements are in the form of variously sized parallelepipeds, arranged relative to each other so that the external planes of the faucet's outline also form a parallelepiped. The faucet body, from a side view, is rectangular, and the spout, also rectangular, penetrates it perpendicularly to its axis. In the frontal view, the faucet body has the form of two rectangles, which are supplemented on the side with control handles, forming an inverted letter "L" on one side and its mirror image on the other. At the top and bottom, the faucet bodies are connected by rectangular crossbars, with the spout located in the upper one. All edges of the parallelepipeds forming the faucet are slightly chamfered. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the faucet in a side view, Fig. 2 the faucet in a frontal view, and Fig. 3 the faucet in an axonometric projection. Essential features of the industrial design The faucet according to the industrial design is characterized by the following: - all elements of the faucet are in the form of parallelepipeds of different sizes, arranged in relation to each other in such a way that the external planes of the faucet outline also form a parallelepiped. - the body of the tap in a side view is in the form of rectangles; - the spout penetrating into the body of the tap, perpendicular to its axis, is in the form of a rectangle; - the body of the tap, in a frontal view, is in the form of two rectangles; - - the rectangles, in a frontal view, supplemented with control handles, form the letter "V" on one side and its mirror image on the other; - the bodies of the tap, at the top and bottom, are connected by rectangular crossbars; - the spout is located in the upper crossbar; - all edges of the parallelepipeds forming the tap are chamfered; Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 EN
